Bavarian Motors you don’t need to wear a welding helmet for cutting. Only safety glasses or a face shield is needed, however if you don’t have that an auto darkening helmet could be used ( but would be a nuisance due to reduced field of view and bulkiness). We just use safety glasses at our welding shop for cutting since it’s nowhere near as bright as welding).
Even the multi million/billion game company makes mistakes in the games. And Paleto Bay mission with tanks didn't make any sense. Tanks were probably replaced when they removed APC and added later in Online.

4:56 those are just underground streams. They're all over the place and often have to be dealt with because they go under roads/buildings and can cause them to destabilize. On older roads and buildings sometimes you even get new streams forming, or old ones changing directions and going through the buildings/roads. It can cost stupid money to fix. 4:56 is perfectly consistent with reality, except the other problems you pointed out of course.
Remember that making a game is hard and adding every necessary "SMALL DETAILS" for your liking does not concern them, they simply went lazy because they know that most of the players wouldn't even pay attention to them.

Rockstar has likely more than 1 person that may notice something's not right, in all the time they had.
Probably because of how hilariously reaching a lot of this content is. Unaware AI and resource conservation for rendering purposes (stuff like the iPad screens being reused for NPCs and the lifeguard sign) don't stand out as logic flaws since these are abundant among open world games, often times being shortcuts that allow the player to keep the illusion of a living world until they decide to test it. Additionally the NPCs speeding up for a changing light and the welder flipping up his mask to see better are actually great attentions to detail. There has been no big outright logic content here for a long time, but I can see how it's enjoyable to nitpick so I understand. Anyway, that's my take! Have a great day.

Its a totally different physics engine, thats why it doesn't exist now, before .. It was automatic ledge grabing designed by the developers of the physics engine, if rockstar was to implement it theyd need to do the exact same..which they didn't, now theyre using their own physics engine i forgot the name but in GTA IV it was Euphoria

GTA5 is a great game but when you look real close you start finding a lot of flaws that make it less than perfect just like how GTA4 was when it came out. I have things I want addressed so here they are. my most annoyed gripe is when you travel down a beach at 150 mph and hit a volleyball net you get stopped instantly I hate that. another thing I can't stand is the A.I. drivers they make me so mad when every intersection I drive fast through it feels as though they slow down or speed up depending on where you are so you hit them everytime and on that note not only that but the A.I. has no self preservation at all they don't swerve to avoid you it feels as though they intentionally turn right into you everytime you drive drive faster than 10 mph. few other little things why do the cops not die in a car crash and on the subject of cops why is it if you snipe them from miles away they know exactly where you are where the bullet came from and how to fuck your day up. also probably a good reason for this but why is there no 2 player mode like it is possible I have seen mods that can make it happen on mid range PC's so why is there no 2 player again.

5:00 that's a drainage canal for rain water, it's dumping into a sewer. They're common to stop under the road in arid areas with nowhere to otherwise dump the water nearby.

4:56 those are just underground streams. They're all over the place and often have to be dealt with because they go under roads/buildings and can cause them to destabilize. On older roads and buildings sometimes you even get new streams forming, or old ones changing directions and going through the buildings/roads. It can cost stupid money to fix. 4:56 is perfectly consistent with reality, except the other problems you pointed out of course.
Remember that making a game is hard and adding every necessary "SMALL DETAILS" for your liking does not concern them, they simply went lazy because they know that most of the players wouldn't even pay attention to them.

I have tried making a game before, and after I saw all the things I need to take care about... I left it somewhere. But that was only me, a single person. Rockstar has likely more than 1 person that may notice something's not right, in all the time they had.

Probably because of how hilariously reaching a lot of this content is. Unaware AI and resource conservation for rendering purposes (stuff like the iPad screens being reused for NPCs and the lifeguard sign) don't stand out as logic flaws since these are abundant among open world games, often times being shortcuts that allow the player to keep the illusion of a living world until they decide to test it.
Additionally the NPCs speeding up for a changing light and the welder flipping up his mask to see better are actually great attentions to detail. There has been no big outright logic content here for a long time, but I can see how it's enjoyable to nitpick so I understand.

The fact that all 3 characters are incompetent at grabbing onto ledges at a jump, parkour/scaling buildings was my favourite thing to do in GTA 4.
Its a totally different physics engine, thats why it doesn't exist now, before .. It was automatic ledge grabing designed by the developers of the physics engine, if rockstar was to implement it theyd need to do the exact same..which they didn't, now theyre using their own physics engine i forgot the name but in GTA IV it was Euphoria
Even so, they should have put it in, they don’t even try to protect themselves by putting their arms up to block the impact they just face plant the wall.
GTA5 is a great game but when you look real close you start finding a lot of flaws that make it less than perfect just like how GTA4 was when it came out.
I have things I want addressed so here they are. my most annoyed gripe is when you travel down a beach at 150 mph and hit a volleyball net you get stopped instantly I hate that. another thing I can't stand is the A.I. drivers they make me so mad when every intersection I drive fast through it feels as though they slow down or speed up depending on where you are so you hit them everytime and on that note not only that but the A.I. has no self preservation at all they don't swerve to avoid you it feels as though they intentionally turn right into you everytime you drive drive faster than 10 mph. few other little things why do the cops not die in a car crash and on the subject of cops why is it if you snipe them from miles away they know exactly where you are where the bullet came from and how to fuck your day up. also probably a good reason for this but why is there no 2 player mode like it is possible I have seen mods that can make it happen on mid range PC's so why is there no 2 player again.
