Awesome like always
I just returned from Moab Easter Jeep safari and used videos like this and geology videos to make the visit much more enjoyable. Thanks.
Must have been a great experience. We're going to Moab to film later this month.
what an amazing lady, really loves nature
In the grand scheme of things, what difference does it make if someone steps on some "living soil" and interrupts its ecosystem? I mean, really...
in a high desert environment like Moab, its pretty obvious - along heavily trafficked areas where people have strayed off trail, its just trampled dirt - no life, just dirt. And elsewhere, places where crowds haven't trampled the surroundings - its a big level up in beauty and inspiration. Check out this video we filmed with USGS biological research scientist Sasha Reed on why Moa's biocrust matters - pretty fascinating. vimeo.com/795651951?share=copy
Bio soil crust does little to prevent erosion. But I won’t step on it. I promise.
Well, we're glad you won't step on no matter what the reason - we need a macro lens so we can get some really closeup 4K video of it.
