- There are more electric cars coming between now and 2024 than you can count on your fingers. If there is a chance you should switch to hybrid or electric, this is the time. 2024 will be so dominated by new electric cars (of course, including Tesla), and there is a good chance some of these new top 15 electric cars from this video will be on your driveway next year. Don't believe me? Then check these out right now!

Henry Ford's idea of offering a vehicle that the ordinary citizen could afford is nowhere to be seen here. These are rich people's cars.
Greetings from southern Ontario Canada I really enjoyed the video
Nice. It's now 14 mounths left of the fossile car sales in Norway.
So, this is the last year the fossile and EV will compete, in Norway.
Showing us the way!
Polestar is absolutely adorable 😊
After 3 or 4 of these had been shown, they all looked pretty much the same.
When will we see smaller cars
Take a look at Europe.
In 2024, only 1 that will be below €24.000 and still have a usable range of 200mls, has a LFP battery 👍👍, and with 100kW charger.
The Citroën ë-C3, totally build in the EU. Sadly, most YT channels like this one, do little research and will only talk about the €40k+ EV's,
When you move to China.
It would be very helpful to offer information about which of these cars will likely qualify for the US subsidy. Volvo supposedly will, but the Hyundai and Kia models will not, at least not until they build an all new US EV factory, which will likely be several YEARS at least.
The vw ID7 according to the Canadian website will travel 550 kms per charge
Mostly medium or large SUVs at higher prices. Very disappointing.
Where is the ID3? We are not getting affordable cars? Something under $30K canadian
What kind of car (yellow "GTI") do we see on the main Picture of this UA-cam Video? I thought it would at least be mentioned at some point in the Video.
That's why I started looking into the video, but unfortunately got disappointed with it...
It looks like the new Renault 5 EV.
Battery swapping to eliminates charging time ?! In your dream.🤣🤣🤣
Battery swapping do eliminates charging time, you just have to pay to use the system.
@@Mytubehoracio06 I've seen prototypes, but will never happen in a production car.
Nio makes cars that have battery swap capabilities. You can just buy these now.
Hello, I follow Fisker Ocean for a long time, and I'm sure it's not compatible with battery swapping technology. If you look closely, you'll see the vehicle in the video it's a NIO, not a Fisker Ocean.
Almost all SUV'S and all too expensive..
true dude, who is this for exactly? if you can afford 70k on a car, you cn afford the gas, know what i mean JELLY BEAN
这些跟BYD相比都是垃圾。
The range on that volvo is absolutely terrible for such a huge battery
hm too expensive still...so...i think electric cars should be more cheaper from 25000-30000..max
Max ?
Come on
Get real
Ford is loosing $35000 on each EV sold….so I’m guessing they won’t be getting any more affordable any time soon!!! Ford,Gm,and Toyota are stopping the production of most of their EVs until further notice
All ev's are 10k to expensive for what they offer.
One of the worst aspects of the mad dash towards electrification is that it excludes all other pathways for energy transition because our governments have instilled this false sense of panic and urgency which is completely unnecessary.
They're forcing us down the path towards EVs and wind and solar power with their eyes firmly closed to any other alternatives.
Nobody would choose the inconvenience and hassle of an EV over an internal combustion engine in a free market; it's only thanks to tax relief and other incentives and subsidies that they are even being sold at all.
The Canoe and the Dodge Charger are the only cars that are interesting and "new".
The rest is more of the same, the deadly boring SUV's and salons that are way to expansive for the masses (as are the Dodge and Canoe).
I would have expected to see the Citroen ëC3. THAT is a more "revolutionary" EV, in price at least.
The first affordable EV with a usable range that can compete in price with ICE cars.
Honda and GM have split, so this car (the Prologue) will probably never appear.
Not much point to this unless an estimated range is given for every car.
Pera lang Wala. Sana maanalo sa lotto
Yawn; where are the affordable EVs to get everyone into an EV. This lot are fine if you've more money than sense.
Citroën e-C3…
@paulharness
Pay more attention.
The BYD Seagull is the affordable EV that I want. You should buy one of them. They're cheap and awesome and available everywhere except outside China. 😢
Then get a Chevy Volt.
...Nothing here but Money Pitts ... I'm Gone...
A new Consumer Reports survey found that EVs are far less reliable on average than gas-powered vehicles. From 2021 to 2023, owners reported 80% more problems than for combustion-engine vehicles.
Canoo. Ha.
They are all far too big and/or far too expensive.
The Vinfast VF7 is on a “worth waiting for” list? Really? Vinfast is the company that just launched the VF8 - the worst reviewed vehicle in North America.
Do these death traps come complete with HUGE fire extinguishers ???
Does your car
But a pinto
It seems that according to recent news that many major ev manufacturers are starting to turn away from electric vehicles due to poor sales and infrastructure failures. I for one will not be convinced that ev is the way forward. Add to this the reported dangers of battery failure and a dramatic fall in value of used ev's . No thank you !!!
Haha not an BYD in there set to be the biggest manufacturer this list is a joke
interesting thank you! Very strange is the fact why KIA makes the ugliest cars in the world. What happend with the disigners of Kia??"!!!!
Why do they discuss EVs as having ‘horse power?’
Horsepower (HP) is the power required to lift 550 lb one for in one second (i.e., 550 ft-lb/s). It's one of several standard units of power, and has been for a long time.
Well, thank-you, the world relies on the metric system. Figures should be in newton metres. It just goes to show how parochial ppl are about their cars.
We need better incentives….Like taking an ugly girl on a date…at least pay me for our meal..and I’m not going anywhere where I will be recognized ….well,at least she’s fast😂
Electric cars aren’t the way forward & I sell them 😂
Well, enlighten us. What is the way forward? Hydrogen?
Maybe you shouldn't. Why not switch to selling toiletries? That's an unmistakable way forward.
LMFAO..top? Yeah maybe top overpriced EVs in the world's most protectionist countries. In the rest of the world Chinese EVs reign supreme outside of Tesla.
Chinese EV's really are mostly in China...
too expensive
most of these cars WILL NOT come in 2024...
Kia ev9, kia kona, fisker ocean are selling in uk 20.12.2023
18 minutes : Dodge charger , Volkswagen ID7 and some shitty SUV's
A to big battery ...to heavy and to expensive. A big shit .....not a smale and cheap ev
How many times was the word SUV pronounced in this video ? What a bunch of depressing cars. 🤮Not a single station wagon and only one hatchback.
Typical EV owners are the ones who drove around by themselves with a mask on. You've got to be at a certain level of gullible to own one.
EV's are so ugly. It's like they have decided on a parallel aesthetic or a design philosophy that's EV specific. The mantra seems to be: It MUST look like an EV.
The Hyundai Ioniq 5 is a welcome exception to that. It looks BADASS. Like a Group B rally car from the 1980s, which were some of the coolest, most aggressive cars ever made.
Cutting wind resistance is nothing new in the automobile industry. It's not like EV's are special in that regard. There are plenty slick looking fossile fueled cars with a very efficient form factor. This EV hype is more a design language, some manufacturers have managed this transition fluently, like Audi and Mercedes that retain a consistent design philosophy across their fleet, no matter what type of fuel the car runs on. @@johnaboardviolet237
@@johnaboardviolet237hear hear!!!
Electric cars are beautiful.
Nonsense. EVs were DOA long ago. US automakers are now pulling out of that sand trap. Stop covering this dead issue.
Work at Exxon?
@cgmiddle EV owners won't admit that. It's easier to fool someone than to convince them they've been fooled
What is the alternative? Continue distroying the planet with gas guzzling combustion engines?
Don't like facts do you. It would be nice to see your blindly ignorant view on the subject in another 3 years. It's a little sad when people ignore the facts in front of their own eyes just to suit their own narrative.
