Thanks for single handedly explaining how to make rock music factory style on fl studio to me I buy more crack tomorrow so I'll be sure to get right to work bro bro
Razerg you have been the reason for one of the reasons why I've been inspired to write songs and get a studio app soon. Thank you, man so much, so much. Please do a how to on Joy again's forever album stuff or current joys.
im so sorry , from your view I am not sure if each drum sound you did in 16th notes or 8th notes? I also am unsure where you exactly located it. Please let me know haha, I really want to make this myself as well, you got the drum pattern just right ! cool vid :)
considering that his tempo is at 105, all you need to do is tap along and you can easily find that out. the kicks are 8th notes (although they’re mostly 8th notes, there is a point where the kicks hit every 16th note) hi hats are 1/4th notes, and the snares i believe are just 1/2 notes which is every 4 beats. the cymbal is just at the end.
For electric piano honestly you can use the FL Studio default E Piano. It's mainly the mixing that makes it sound Mac Demarco-ish I guess lol. A good chorus effect, some reverb, some delay, and some pitch shifting can make it sound really different and vintage.
you really nailed doing the pitch correction, thats the most essential part of mac’s music tbh
bro the key is changing the pitch down 146 cents. I feel like that’s a key characteristic of macs music, great job man
Why 146 specifically?
@@gitsurfer27 guess we’ll never know. I just see that he uses a tape recorder to pitch his music down
Dude with how accurate this is and how similar his voice is I'm really thinking this is just one of Mac's weird UA-cam experiments
he sounds nothing like Mac
@@bryanbugarin1712 facts
