I am experiencing this Tinnitus problem about a year now and I found out there is no cure for that except listing to music like have to listen to other noise so you don't hear this pitching noise, I tried this music to sleep and listening to mantras. I am worried is this a sign of danger in the brain, I am thinking of getting a head scan soon I already have a hearing test and it is good l am also suffering of vertigo and the exercises for that works wonders I don't have to use meds the exercise works fast and stop after you do them couple of times. I do hope we get help soon with this Tinnitus problem, thank you 🙏🇨🇦

Only in few cases, tinnitus will get worse. With most people who have tinnitus, the sound doesn't get worse. Again, these messages of yours only prevent people from doing something about their tinnitus rather then prompting them. And it doesn't do you good as well.

@@charlottebirgittethomsen4273 Tinnitus only gets worse when you are under stress or when you have certain medical problems that can lead to a flare-up, too, like high blood pressure. Also, it very much depends from person to person. In most cases, tinnitus does not get worse. I have it for almost a year now and I have found a great way of coping with it. I followed a therapy which teaches you to drive the noise to the background and mask the sound. And that one really worked. Just because it didn't help for you doesn't mean it doesn't help for nobody.
