- This video is about a 600hp Nissan Silvia S14 owned and driven by the Italian drifter Amerigo Monteverde. The car has been built by Brill Steel Motorsport and it features a Chevrolet GM LS3 V8 engine under the hood. First time I saw this car (first part of the video) was back in 2015 and it was really really loud because of its straight pipes exhaust. Then a silenced exhaust has been mounted and it lost a bit of its badness but not its behavior on track.

In what way it is overrated? I would agree that its mainstream, but its still a great swap.
yeah i agree but people do it because the LS3 is relatively light weight for the power you can get out of it while remaining naturally aspirated
and there are a lot of customisation options given that it is so popular
It's the best swap for price and power over those Japanese 6 cylinders that make less power even with forced induction
whereas the ozzie ford barra is a fucken legend
