    Made them for my boyfriend's birthday. The only thing I did different was to put less sugar in the icing because it was way to sweet. But they turned out very well balanced and amazing in the end! ♥️

    Hi. This is amazing. I just had a question.. would it be safe to coat the berries in the mixture to prevent it sinking to the bottom of the cupcakes.. or should I just pop each berry in each case cover with mixture before popping in the Oven? Thank you x

      Hi, yes you can toss them in flour to help prevent sinking! :)

    if you dont coat the berries in flour first before adding them to the mix, they will sink to the bottom of your cupcakes.

      Yes that's correct, I forgot when I was filming, but this is detailed in the recipe and instructions on my website :)

      Thank you! I've never tested this recipe as a bundt cake so I can't confirm this unfortunately.

      Hi, I wouldn't recommend doing this as frozen ones release more liquid and it can make the cupcakes soggy

      Hi, do you mean a manual hand whisk? If so, yes you could use this although the cupcakes won’t be as light and airy, electric whisks get much more air into the batter.

      I would advise doubling the recipe for a two layer cake :)
