I have oily but dehydrated skin which is getting especially stretchy nowadays.. And hence I'm already using a non foaming cream cleanser... Which is working well for me, but I want something more nourishing for morning cleanse... So I was wondering if I can use the same non foaming cream cleanser after this cleansing balm? Or do I need something more foaming?

It does not leave any residue so you can just use your regular cleanser
