@@ForniteJeffReal yep. They also will not let you use them in GWS stores on their bring and play days. That Astraeus primaris super heavy repulsor lift tank was a waste of the better part of £300. I mean that thing is a 40k model, not a 30k one. The reason " some kid may see it in store and be upset when his parent can not buy it for him there" Gol Darn you Jimmy Space. LoL.
Question of time before we are not allowed to play with minis that have not been bought the same day. With a played membership and a fee to enter the door.
So with GW saying you can't use 3d prints and they have to be a GW model this would "technically" be GW since it was made out of a GW product right lol😂
You misunderstand the policy. 3d printing is fine, there's golden demon winners who 3d printed thier entry. You just need to have designed the print yourself. You can't have obtained the files from someone else, that's it. You can make your own TOW brettonian bombards, or space marine sholder pads, or silly custom heads, as long as you did the work.
You are the giga chad that giga chads look up to! I have made sprew armigers and you have been a huge inspiration and I will also be making a big knight like this. Thank you for being you and doing what you do
I think this is awesome and especially being the Chaos variety because I always play the “bad guys” in my groups games lol So…. Since you’ve decided to tackle one of the biggest miniatures in the game I would love to see you take on one of the other biggest models in the game and that would be the Baneblade!!! Seriously considering you made that Space Marine Hover Tank last time I think you could definitely make a Baneblade with no problem at all 🤘
Seriously though A Raiper Titan would be more doable around 10-11" tall. Also you can make what ever you want, as GWS has never shown a picture of one. My head cannon makes them look like baby Warlords. But heck they could look like a big Gundam.
not gonna lie, i was expecting some goofy stick man titan but damm that result is really good, with a few spare parts from actual knights it could pass perferctly as a wardog or a real knight if big enough
WOW! Total Blast from the past. My dad worked at a tile store in the early 90s, and some of our first edition tanks and scenery were made from tile scraps. Always up for a good proxy to prevent waste. Our first Baneblade was made from TILE.
Fantastic work as always - they get more impressive every time. Time for a Sprue Angron!!! (Sprangron?) I want to say it can’t be done but I honestly think you can build anything you put your mind to.
Another way to do the metallic undercarriage is to prime the model black, then drybrush with metal. So the raised areas are shiny, while the recesses remain dark. Anyway, love the Sprue Knight. Keep up the good work!
Here's a challenge for you to make with sprues, the Ctan Shard of the Void Dragon. Tall model, humanoid shape with big wings and lightning everywhere. Good luck lol
prep for a big crazy snow storm, but at least I can watch this now! Yesterday was checking out cut monsters from Fallout, there was to be a large ghoul; about 600ft tall and 30 inches in 32mm scale; was thinking of making a Mortal Kombat / Golden Ax stage that holds characters... maybe like a diorama, but having someone else make a test first, esp when they asked for it, well, well, well. Sprue glue - for all the crimes! Yes, he is colored for chaos!
Could you use a 3d printer to make a mold (or object to mold out of flexi-mold) to fill with Sprue goo? I'm not sure if it would be mini casting quality or terrain / bits quality, or what the application would be, since you could already print the thing you want to mold? Maybe simple, low-detail, repeatable parts like greeblies or sandbags?
I would use a 6 sprue cylinder for the legs myself, but still a truly wonderful inspiration. Do you think you could make a Treasure Planet inspired ship that is about 9.5 inches long when the bow mast is excluded, I have an army I made for OPR that I would like to be able to make models for.
Hmm...let's see...made 2 chaos and 1 imperial thing recently...how about we go xenos? I'm voting for a Sprue Stompa! I feel like the technique will make it feel very orky
This one is amazing! Suggestion for next project. More Nurgle! Beasts, nurglings and plaguebearers. Want to see an entire army of Grandfather Nurgle! (:
Dude Great work. Have you ever considered making these on commission? Also why is the Knight and Great Unclean one so well painted compared to the Repulsor-lift Tank? Or maybe it's because I really dislike Chapter America: the 13th Legion: The Ultramarines. LoL
@@andersand6576 i have various means/methods of chopping sprues, I was wondering about an extrusion process for the spruegoo... a large capacity syringe and a 1.75mm nozzle maybe?
My apologies, JON, not John. Yes, interested to buy the knight, necrons, etc. That'll give the Vashtorr I purchased from you another of your creations to battle! If not, that's ok; I really enjoy your down-to-earth videos. Cheers!
I think for the next unit you make you should make the Seraptek Heavy Constuct. It would be perfect for your sprucon army, it is a model that only exist in resin, it has a lot of interesting and cool shapes to try, and it is a big centerpiece unit that costs almost 400 dollars. Also, I think it is no longer available in the Warhammer store.
Your projects are really cool, but I wanna say melting this much plastic and working with Acetone anyone looking to recreate this should wear mask with filters for the fumes and some safety glasses, and be in a well ventilated area. be safe bros.

I google how tall the model is =)
@@MiniatureHobbyist Good idea. I'll have to remember that.
Tau Battlesuits as already mentioned! also... as I'm about to get a 3d printer, do you think there's a way of turning sprues into filament?
There are people on UA-cam making their own filament, think the hard part will be chopping up the sprues without pliers
