Jungle plot gives you loads of trees, and neverending growth means the trees keep spreading and growing back. That can be annoying but it's good if you want kind of a sandbox with basically infinite free money, but you still have access to all the features you don't get in sandbox mode.

The 2nd term for Pysch Ward is Mental Institution, and all Mental Institiutions are hospital, a prison is a nightmare.

So excited for this! You can use the bathroom stuff like the sinks and hand dryers for your staff bathrooms to keep their needs up.
The part where the workers keep building walls around themselves like, "I'm just going to put this wall here aaaaand perfect! ...oh shit" or I imagine them so insane like, "I'm going to make myself a prisoner! :D" and they don't even think about their hammers to escape
was like "wait who is this" and then i realized it's sims man. no one else could be bothered to make such a beautiful and aesthetically pleasing prison

You can do a new kind of road gate that only pops up when you put the place on lockdown. Keeps the traffic flowing but also (potentially) keeps prisoners from escaping.
Also, prisoners now have new crafty ways to escape, so be on the lookout for those 👀 😉

Aren't the prisoners the janitors? And the cooks? And the electricians, etc?
Prisoners can be janitors but they can't clean the staff only areas. They can be cooks but you need some cooks to train them.
What if they poison the food XD

Ive been playing the free update sooo much recently. When I saw the update my first thought was "when is James going to jump on this?" Got my answer! I only bought the game because of the old series. I hope this continues.
Paradox interactive has really allowed this game to take off with more options and dlc, a bit buggy still, but I’m sure paradox will work it out like they did with cities skylines. Introversion software kind of let the game die once it was released in 2015 minimal game updates for over 4 years. Cities skylines still has updates and dlc so I’m sure whoever is in charge on prison architect now has a lot planned.
I just started playing again a couple days ago, too. I FORGOT HOW TO ROTATE!! Like, how do I play this again?!

Hey man bit late but few tips: if you put your export delivery and garbage a few truck lengths vertically in a row 3+ trucks can onload offload at the same time
Also when you rotate a door once it will open vertically upwards

As a console player watching this, I think I now know what it's like to be a PC player. Most of what you're seeing here that's such a big deal we've had for years on the console.

Under objects if you type in a room name in the search bar it'll tell you which objects go in that room. I found that easier than trying to remember what goes where.

I like the references in this game it's crazy that Harry Potter is in my Prison but I believe Harry Potter belongs with the Criminally Insane because why was he a Naked Exotic Dancer with a Samurai Sword in a Military Base for?

I believe if you add the drain first, you can then put the shower head over it. Or maybe you have to wait for one to be built first before you do the other?
