This isn't Kang doing this. This is Loki. It's a very, VERY loose adaptation of Loki's arc in the Loki: Agent of Asgard comics, where he decides for himself to no longer be the God of Mischief or the God of Lies, but the God of Stories, and to write his own story for once. This is Loki's story, for the first time in his life, no one else's.
I reacted the same as you guys. Loki and Sylvie is the key to changing everything.
Loki went back to the moment before the Temporal Loom exploded.

Loki is really OP now! I read somewhere that he could be the most powerful being in the marvel multiverse right now, right under "The One Above All" because he is "The God of Stories" now (presumably) he can rewrite the story 🤯

Loki can now control his time slipping. Saying he can rewrite the story is his transition from the God of Mischief/Lies into the God of Stories. He can go back to the point before the Temporal Loom exploded and see what they did wrong and retry fixing it. He can go back to that moment at The End of Time and try to stop Sylvie from killing He Who Remains. Are there limits to his time slipping and if so, what are they?

expect loki and slyvie the rest of there minds were reset from the TVA and put back to there original timeline so no they didnt die those are the same group
At first I thought he might be the one become He who remains or create the whole TVA but now he can control the time and basically go back to anytime he wants and change the reality, like rewrite a whole new reality.
