- The Evo 8 is ready for the road, but I couldn't be seen driving around with a USDM rear bumper. Mike finishes up the install and she is looking good. I am ready to put some miles on this thing.

I have an 05 lancer and the fittings and riveted brackets are the exact same so I really appreciate seeing this as it gave me the confidence to replace the bumper on my lancer! Thank you!

The benefit of the Milwaukee M12 rivet tool is when the rivet snaps its smooth not a shock like the manual tool which saves you from accidentally scratching paint

Yeah I hate when that happens to fittings, chaps my ass to Mike.
Do not use that port behind turbo for the catch can! You will push a ton of oil from that not safe for a street car.

@@ObsessedGarage another excellent wheel choice (in my opinion) is the RPF-01 in sbc finish. I had them on my silver Evo. Lots of great wheel choices. Your building a hell of a car.

Cheap gas, plenty of oil, car dealerships on every corner, real football, bomb any country we want, and more guns and food than people. And the tradeoff is a different color taillight lens? We're good.
Evo or S2000? :D
They're so different, you can't really compare the two of them side by side. I nearly bought an Evo back in the early 2000's, but I chose to go with the S2000 instead. With the amount of money you can sink into an Evo, the S2000 was absolutely the cheaper route.

I know you love this car to death, but the more I look at it the better your "pig nose" M3 looks. Yeah I know different strokes for different folks and I am super glad to see you happy with it non-the-less.
Yeah... I really wanted to like the G80. I just couldn't get over that front end.
I've got a bigger issue with iDrive 8, which I had in a loaner recently and it was the worse thing in the world. 500 steps to do what 1 button would do. HVAC was horrible with the weird settings for the fan, I couldn't get cool enough where my 2022 iDrive 7 will freeze you out of the car. Yes the screen is nice for a larger map view or to see a larger multi view but I don't like it. @@ObsessedGarage

I'm using beater in the sense that I won't mind beating on it a little, compared to my E92 M3.
No matter how much money you throw at the Japanese auto industry, they are still ugly. The best content is BMW.
Please, post some e92 m3 content😁 It’s my favorite (I’m sure many others too) content and it’s rarely posted
The problem with that is I just don't drive the thing enough or do anything with it to warrant making content about it.
