    The engine is 900$ and a good torque converter is 500$ so you looking at 1400$ just for the engine setup. Totally worth it.

      if you wait for sales you can get the 670 for about 600 and you can also get a TC from a snowmobile instead for maybe 100 dollars.

      I never have to choke it, but its not the original carburetor. It a 32mm PWK motorcycle carb with a 130 main, and a 31 pilot jet. I have a video I posted before this one that gives a little closer look at the seup of the kart. Thanks

      @@ImTheClay got it I just noticed that after looking at the beginning of it that you had a different carb on there. Did it make a big difference in power. It looks like I've got a similar torque converter a duster 94 and The 90d Driven. Did you take the governor out or do anything else

    That looks like the duster 94 clutch no suspension so I know it's short and super light it looks way quicker than both of the ones I've got though but my lighter one has got a 40 series I'm sure it's slipping. The sprockets I've got are about as big as the tire your sprocket looks kind of small and you're still getting wheelies nice

    • @ImTheClay
      @ImTheClay  6 років тому

      Yes sir, its a 94c duster, and no suspension. The carburetor is a Keihin 32mm motorcycle carb with a #130 main jet, and a #31 pilot jet. It has very tall gears 12t drive, 60t driven, so its only a 5:1 gear ratio. I've had it up to 55mph and it was still accelerating, but the kart gets pretty scetchy going that fast. The engine has so much torque it always pulls the front tires if your on pavement, even with the tall gears. It has the governor removed, so I installed billet connecting rods in it. It also has a billet intake manifold that allowed me to convert to a motorcycle carburetor. Both the rods, and manifold came from performance670. Thanks
