I have it really bad on the decent.... I would take Motrin 800's and it's sometimes hit or miss.... This last flight I took Motrin 600 and it did not help at all. I'll try the affirm and decongestant meds for next time. Anything that has to do with me using my jaw is a no go... It's so painful I cry most of the time... Those last 30 mins of the flight are hell for me.
@@tehmineyalbuzdag2390 It helps when I take the Motrin at the airport like 1 hr before flying. And also squeezing your nose and blowing slowly to release some of the pressure build up. I Kno how I feel, I can't imagine my child being in pain
The last time I flew to lower lying area, on the decent it was very painful. My head felt like it was about to explode. Thank you doc will try some of your stuff out

I know you pain. For me it's atcually during the flight when the plain starts to decend is when i feel relief and teh pain sometimes unbearable.
@@juansavinon2799 Yea i don't understand why this happens, but I've since pinched my nose and breath through it to release the pressure
Same problem my 12 y old and I were crying from excruciating pain for 30 plus minutes.
