- Today, I've entered a competition for the ultimate lap time in torrential conditions with a twin engine pro kart! The conditions were bad enough, but then I found out we only had slicks! Huge thanks to ProKart UK for inviting me to compete with their brand new Haase chassis. I had an absolute blast, and I'll definitely be back for more.
If you want rent out these karts for yourselves, book your session at the link below, and be sure to let them know you saw this video!

Was a pleasure to meet you mate! Quality driving 🤌🏻
Same bro! Thanks for the amazing photos 🤙
In this episode Sharkboy goes splishy splashy on an undersized lawn mower
I might of thrown up
Can not be described any better...
I saw you that day early in the morning and then saw you on track too. Jeez ur quick i couldn't keep up. But welcome to prokart with just slick haha. one day i will probably die driving these karts with kartsim/prokart
Thanks, Fin! These karts are so much fun. Slicks in the wet is the best way to learn for sure tho.
Great video. Racing slicks on a wet track is insane, but liking your driving.
I’m driving in the Duch championship of these karts so a lot of fun watching you in these karts.
Oh no no rain tires😂
Was a really fun day!
Great content! What are using to get those overlays? They look awesome 🙌
Cam Das plays Lando Norris Simulator (slicks in wet)
Great video.
I’ve never seen a twin engine gokart before, that’s wild
hit the kerbs 1 2 6 9 10 11 14 and the last corner it will help you hook the kart round and get a better exit. Don't do it in the dry though only the wet 👍
(sorry this is a bit late of a comment)
Great video , do you have any tips to go from karting to cars ?
Love it just got started in go karting Briggs karts any tips?
They don’t run wets because of the endurance racing Cam. It would take to long to change 4 tyres on a kart during a 6 or 12 hour race. Plus they do do some 24hr Ones here in the U.K.
Also keeps costs down if you keep it on the track
Ah right they mentioned that as well. Good point.
Hello, i only race in 2 stroke. So it would be nice if you could tell me more about what its like. (E.g. if it rattles like hell as well)
I you ever want an extra hand rental karting, let me know. Would love to come and have a battle :)
At coner 1 and 2 you got to jump out over the corns
I just want to own a go kart and take it to the track so bad. But I gotta save my money and that'll take 1 or 2 years.
does anyone know which cam does he use? any other cheap recomendation for karting?
How did you go from indoor karting to cars? I’d love to see the possibility people have to go from karting to f1.
almost every f1 driver comes from karting i believe, some examples are, lando norris, Logan Sargeant, lewis hamilton, fernando alonso, and even, the one and only, (doo doo doo doo!) max Verstappen!
just did 1hour 50 mins on a twin engine kart with a top speed of around 60mph they're quite fast tbh
How did you keep the kart on the track!?
I think the best strategy with low grip scenarios is finding a visual reference point far away. You become more sensitive to the kart starting to slide left or right, so it’s easier to catch.
Best f.cking intro
I hope I could race you but I’m in UK😂😂😂
You went straight from indoor karting to cars?
From indoor karts to racing school. They aren’t “proper” racing cars. Probably slower than pro-level karts, but it was much easier to find sponsorship for cars than for high level karting which is actually more expensive if you want to be competitive.
@@CameronDasRacing Great thanks! Love your content too
Yo when you gonna do some real open wheel racing?
Working on something. Stay tuned 😉
@@CameronDasRacing Nice can't wait! 😳
Bro this track is kinda like vallelunga
why didn't you use wets?
Hope you enjoyed watching my wet onboard 😉😉
🐐
I meant on the bridge and crashed and hit the barrier
As someone who has been kart racing for 9 years. I'm dominant in the dry. But useless in the wet, As in, Almost flat last every time in the wet, Unable to match pace with anyone. Getting beaten by randomers and girls sometimes. On slicks. I have plenty of experience in the wet, Yet have never been able to improve, Despite me weighing 94KG, The extra weight theoretically should help me in the wet, Yet I'm far slower than people weighing around 60KG. What the fuck is going wrong? How can I have been racing for so long yet still be useless in the wet?
Bro just get a 2stroke kart on slicks in the rain becuse 4strokes suck and if its practice try to not use wet tires.
hi
im sup
Cam can u pin me?
