Wow! I wanted to learn how to use skelliges' unit synergies and abilities effectively your explanation was just a treat to watch! Thanks for uploading this tutorial 😁
Just discovered your channel. I'm a newbie and I've been searching good starter decks to play, and I found little updated info on the internet. I'm currently playing SK with a 1000 scrap deck but I already have scraps to upgrade it, so I was lucky to find your videos! You teach very very well! Subscribing right now.
Jaggerous, I cannot thank you enough. Your videos are so well done, and thorough. I so appreciate your taking the time to make these videos and show new players the "ropes" on a game which can be very overwhelming. I have subscribed and will continue to watch and learn from your videos. Again, your content is superb and the way you explain each of the card mechanics is awesome.
How stead fast our you to the 25 card rule, several of your videos at the end you have talked about getting a couple others cards without elaborating on what you might remove, for example the Northern realms you mentioned the botchling and a few others but really no hint at what you would be removing to make room and why.
I'm really trying to get into the Skellige deck, I've only been playing a few weeks and have got the scoia'tel, monster and northern realms down but this faction and nilfgaard confuse the shit out of me.
Jaggerous, Quick question. At the end of your video you recommend using Vildkaarl, Sigrdrifa, Harld Houndsnout. etc. Which cards from the original starter deck would you recommend getting rid of in place of these cards? I know that you recommended adhering to the 25 cards in a deck limit. Thank you for any help you can provide.
The starter deck has a lot of spare provisions, so you should upgrade your bronzes. Think about which ones you struggle to get good value with and upgrade those :)
About Geralt’s value, you said, some decks aren’t likely to give above 9. If I’m new to the game, how am I supposed to know which factions will or will not go above 9 pt? Lack of proper in-game tutorial is killing me more than my opponents
If you watch the starter videos you should get an idea which early decks have big units. Typically monsters will for example. Scoia'tael can. Nilfgaard generally doesn't. :)
Should i go for this deck now in current meta? I have got a hang of monster and scoiatel startet guides ... The exact same deck of yours btw winning a lot of matches
You have spare provisions, so you want to upgrade low provision cards for higher provision cards. Pick the bronzes you don't feel like you get much value from and see how that goes. It will give you a better understanding of deck building too :)
Seems like you make the best Gwent starter videos. Thank you.

You ROCK! Thx a lot in helping me get started... I like the Skellige faction so far. Get TEDs talk young lady!

Jaggerous plz make a beginner skellige crow deck and ursine deck plz plZplz
I totally didn't know that ability descriptions were written on the card itself while in deck builder ...
Subbed. I'm currently new to this card game. Is this a decent deck to climb?
hi thanks for the video. could you please explain how to discard a card.
Pick the card and click on your graveyard
I'm really trying to get into the Skellige deck, I've only been playing a few weeks and have got the scoia'tel, monster and northern realms down but this faction and nilfgaard confuse the shit out of me.
I love NR and Nilfgaard. This deck and the elves confuse me. I gotta get the TERMS down.
Blood thirst has change is not the same please make a update guide for begginers

Is there a playgwent decklist for the upgraded starter?
So you did end up getting a target for Giralt of Rivera...do you regret that play?
Well I guess you answered that question right at the end of the match...well played I enjoy your channel and thanks for all the tips!

I think the Skellige starter deck is decent. Scoia'tael and Monsters are a bit easier for sure.
What cards was removed ?
Im a novice, when you say that you can add Olaf, Knut etc...so witch one(s) you can take to keep the deck with 25 cards?
Who do we switch out for the new cards you describe at the end?
You have spare provisions, so you want to upgrade low provision cards for higher provision cards. Pick the bronzes you don't feel like you get much value from and see how that goes. It will give you a better understanding of deck building too :)
I was wondering if this build still exists...this video is a bit old and I cant find any other beginner builds
AUCKESWARD
What is the point in having the abilities having a cost?
It's to balance them. Abilities with fewer provisions limit the deck from having more powerful cards with high provisions.
@@Jaggerous Ah, thought higher values was better ability - just the opposite ;)
Skellige is so difficult.
