Love this bike, something like I've always wanted to do, but I'm not a stunter, just want a more functional sporty. How do the tall rear shocks affect the steering/stability at high speed? Any wobble? How does it handle in the curves?
I have an 05 XL883L Superlow with a 13 inch Progressive suspension, Thunder Header and cam. Super fast and great handling bike. I'm not a big guy so it fits me perfectly.
I have the same 15 inch shocks with the 1 1/8th lift kit on my 05 custom with a chain and the same brake bracket. The chain has some good clearance on it. If you loosen the 2 Allen head bolts that hold that hold it to the gram the is a little play to move it down some to avoid the rubbing.
I almost pulled the trigger on the 15” back shocks , but I plan on doing a chain conversion in the near future. I really don’t want to install a chain tensioner .
Once again I turn to you for advice lol I have the same custom spedo with weird stock riser what spedo mount did you use and are you still able to have turn indicator and oil light or did you buy different sport spedo and put on? please help lol
Eric Craigo Sorry for the late reply, I had to to just let the oil light and stuff hang cause the bracket I use doesn’t really have the right mount for it.
Did you lower it? You might have some issues if you did. Stock they sit pretty low already. If you got longer shocks it would be easier to pop it but might ruin the bobber look
hi, bro. recently I'm getting very interested with Harley stunt. I try it but sadly I ruined my clutch 2 days ago which on 2nd session. I never seen anyone do stunt here in my country. I have no place to refer to especially on technical part. For now I think stunt or dift no suitable for my stock harley. maybe I did wrong too, not correctly on pulling the gas throttle or realising the clutch. now I'm waiting for my new clutch kit away from USA (SCREAMING EAGLE) and I costs me almost 500 dollars. I hope you read my message and help me out.
No, I Learned on a little 125cc Grom Clone. I would suggest learning footbrake control on a small bike before taking it to a big bike. saves a lot of money and hurts a lot less to fall on a small bike.

Sick bike. I want a small club style cruiser myself so I appreciate the insight on certain parts.
Hey! Does your belt rub on the back brake? If not, did you do something special to adress this issue? Thanks!
Nice bike man, but that final drive belt looks very loose.

What front wheel did you grab for it?
I did 13.5 inch rear shocks. They are perfect for me. If it wasn’t for the belt issue I would have done 15’s.
Which one did you put on it?

I know this comment is old af but thank you lol I’m trying to get mine set up
@@dirtysouthgoons615 did it work please let me know if you can move it down enough… I’m using a belt tho
Do u feel the difference between 1200 and 1250? Does that help with doughnuts or drifting
Not really a major difference in my opinion
@@JBSTUNTZ so as far as drifting doughnuts, it wouldn’t make any difference
How’d you learn to wheelie?

How did you do those risers with your speedo setup
You should make one your nice cruising sportster and keep one a pure stunt bike and put on a hand brake
Lucas Nelson That was my plan.. 😂
That final drive belt is so loose 🥲 also mine is the year 2000 you are talking about with the rear break reservoir and everything on the belt cover 😈
Stock clutch?
yup, stock clutch.
@@JBSTUNTZ thanks for the reply she holding up pretty well?
@@wheelierider455 I don’t have this bike anymore, I have a Dyna now. Haven’t heard any complaints from the guy that bought her though!
@JBSTUNTZ thanks man enjoy that Dyna! 🙏
How's that fairing holding up? I'm thinking of getting one like this from eBay to avoid paying like 300 bucks for an original
Hey! Nice bike, I'm looking for a step-up seat and found the Zero Hour, how do you find it? Is it comfortable?
What did you have to do to put the mags on?
Can I change to the custom tank from my peanut tank
Once again I turn to you for advice lol I have the same custom spedo with weird stock riser what spedo mount did you use and are you still able to have turn indicator and oil light or did you buy different sport spedo and put on? please help lol

Where’d you get the mag wheels? I’m trying to put them on my nightster
Hi, your grips are 7/8? I can't find any 1" dirt bike grips to put on my harley, i can only find 7/8 and don't know if they will fit! can u help me?
I was able to stretch 7/8 grips over my 1" bars. Use soapy water to get them to slip on easier
Look up Van's grips on Lowbrow Customs
Is it possible to wheelie a Honda shadow bobber style that’s what I have I been thinking bout wheelieing it

What bike is that tank off of!?
It comes on the sportster customs, look up sportster 4.5 gal tank
Nice bike! Check out my club style sportster I've been putting together on my channel. Going to install the full rear fender and 4.5 gal tank soon.
Twins Moto Garage looks sick man!
