Everyone likes what they like, I appreciate his perspective even though I might not totally agree with him. His music is truly made for the listeners. Not the cookie cutter type of vibe you get with a lot of rappers in this era. These tracks will be enjoyed now and in the future , like a classic.✌🏾❤️
I love Lecrae and I am also a Christian. And I love what Kendrick is doing! Lacrae’s verse takes some steam out of the need to call out the party and kill it! To me we take the natural energy the spirit is putting in different people and decrease it by focusing on a very one dimensional Christianity that really involves peoples feeling like their Christian club is what’s really important in the grand scheme of things! I fear we can’t see when it’s time to pick up the sword for the culture because we’re blinded by needing to feel like the “real Christian’s”. Where I live I’m one of the only people bumping Lacrae on any day. But is this best? To use this momentum as a chance to tell everyone to chill and be at peace with confessing and worshiping God, or should we take the swords the spirit has put in the hand of the culture and at least fight to get the message out that degenerate black culture is no longer running the show? I would go further! I say we take the sword of Jesus and deliver a blow to the back of the devils head regardless of who the messenger may be at the time!
It was supposed to happen and would’ve loved it, but it was either a production issue which happens, or the Christian people who can’t understand hip-hop culture
A Christian artist claiming christianity discusses an entire album without addressing the fact that his album cover is completely blasphemous and truth came out at his concert posing as Jesus and being for abortion implying that Jesus Christ is for abortion as well. Birds of a feather flock together
that just shows you who they serve. The Lord will never be fooled. This type of blasphemous representation of God is NOT ACCEPTABLE. and this lacray guy keeps making excuses and toying around the issue instead of calling it for what it is. EVIL GARBAGE MOCKING THE LORD JESUS CHRIST....im not even a rap listener either but to add the content of God to it, and see how easy he names all current secular so called artists, tells you this guy is lukewarm so called christian for money and fame..... ONLY ONE GOD.
He was very gracious in the way he reacted to this album. I think alot of us are quick to come to conclusions about people. I think it is partly our nature. I think we need to be just as gracious with people as we would want them to be with us. I don't think that Kendrick was trying to blaspheme Jesus Christ, but what i do think is that he is lost in the new age philosophy, and only the Holy Spirit can give him the understanding that it is wrong and that he should turn to the scriptures. Yes i do think that Lecrae could definitely be a little more open about his stance on the issue, but he clearly stated that he hopes Kendrick sees the Hebrew scriptures as the true foundational word, implying that Kendrick needs to deviate from the opposite. Again, Lecrae was gracious but he made it clear that it was wrong he just did not say it in a bashful way. Please dont be quick to throw stones at people, if your conviction is that Lecrae isnt where he should be, them pray for him. Its important that if you have a relationship with God that you should he gracious and humble because on our best day we are a filthy wrag, and we should instead give our worries to the righteous judge, Jesus Christ. God bless you❤️
I agree with you. As born again believers in Christ Jesus, we are one in spirit with God and partakers of the divine nature, we should Love what God loves and hate what he hates, we have the mind of Christ. We should not be looking up to those who are of the world especially if they blasphemy our Lord Jesus Christ and we should not be partakers with them. Before I was saved I had idolized and looked up to these rappers, once I got saved I left those former things behind and I had new found respect for Christ and changed up what I listen to and etc. If it doesn't glorify Christ, I do not want to hear it. It sad today Christians get caught up in this so called Hip hop culture it becomes their God. We are members of Christ household and set apart. How can I claim to Love God but then say my favorite Rapper is Eminem or some other ungodly rapper. I can care less if they have talent in rhyming I am more concerned with the message and the best artist is the one who proclaims the truth but even then our talents and abilities come from God and he should get the glory, not an created being and especially not a person who openly blasphemy Christ and mocks him. The voice I want to hear is God's voice and everytime the word is rightly divided that is God using that person as a mouth piece. All scripture is God breathed, that means God speaking. Fear God and keep his commandments.
@Gracinda Moinheiro Thank you sister for saying this!! I believe Kendrick was very blasphemous because if he truly knew what those crown of thorns were to our Father then he would know better. Anyone who is pro- abortion is not a follower of Jesus. Whoa to the ones who offend our children. But this is compromise and straight up ridiculous. Someone who truly loves his brother will correct them. God bless you sister.
We are the chosen people of God and we must walk in YaH’s ways because our people are watching. Babylon is falling family and time is running out Israelites
kendrick has his own way of speaking out and peaching. he doesn’t do it traditionally, he does it his own way. he’s not trying to be GOD or Jesus, he dresses as Jesus so people can never forget Jesus. he’s deep and real and it’s ugly, but it’s needed.

Got a little anecdote here. Sorry it’s a gonna get lengthy. I’ve been a follower of Christ for 13 years and this year I had a point where during a worship night I just asked for the Holy Spirit to really overflow my cup as I had prepared my inner space and heart to be receptive, laying my ego aside. Listening to my pastor and some guest speakers speak I had an internal dialogue. I had to let go of ALL fears, fear of man, fear of the future. And ALL guilt, and forgive myself all the way like Kendrick says in Count Me Out. Even for things that felt minimal, anything that came to mind, very similar to Aang from ATLA when he is at the air temple with Guru Pathik. Different Bible verses would come to mind out of the blue and become much more clear and literal, casting my cares on him. Letting them go and being anxious about nothing, being very much in the present moment and not worrying about past or future. I just trusted the Spirit and let the Spirit lead my singing and my thought process as I sort of unfolded all my beliefs and let go of having such a tight grip on the need to have answers or a tight grasp on controlling outcomes. Literally letting go and letting God fill the space. Having no judgments on myself and no judgments on anyone else. There is an earnest seeking involved but not a neediness for an outcome or expectation in anyway, only expectancy and trust. I know this story is long but these details were important in the moment as I was intuitively to the Spirit leading what I felt the need to do next, standing, sitting, worshipping, praying for anyone who came to mind. I felt a weightiness which was very visceral and new for me. This went on till the end of the night and when talking to friends afterwards I could feel myself looking at them with real love like when Rick Rubin interviews people. I continued listening to worship music at home and felt that same weightiness then a full 🕊 descending on type of sensation. The next few days I was in a different headspace, clarity, and confidence. I’ve discerned differently on many of my views and trust them whole heartedly and open handedly as I did that night. I was swimming in that renewing of the mind and 2 Tim. 1:7 spirit for a week and sorting through what tradition/religiosity needed to be left on the cutting room floor, what was my belief based on who God truly is and what I was only holding onto with bias because it was what I had been taught and removing something I thought for so long felt like my world might turn upside down. All this being said only to let y’all know where I’m coming from when I say I think Kendrick is on the right track imho and as he lands the plain it might look like it’s somewhere between Christianity and new age belief but without that language added on, he is really healing his inner self and the spiritual part of our mind-body-soul complex is really reuniting with him as he dies-to-self (egoic nature) and it is Gal. 2:20 Christ who lives through him. My final thoughts are, that I think we need to let go of the us versus them mentality and listen to his art and to his heart. The greatest commandment is Love. Would love to dialogue more with anyone truly seeking. ✌🏼
sure, i feel like it is a great album and i feel like we need to give some time for Kendrick to grow even more. but i feel there are better albums that discuss about the topic of therapy and talk about Jesus more than Mr. Morale and The Big Steppers. a perfect example is Lecrae's Restoration.
i am praying for Kendrick to truly promote Christ as Lord. If we could have Kendrick on our side he could bring so many people to faith in Jesus. We could really use him.
I Remember Years Ago You Encouraged People To Check Out And Purchase his Album, And As A Confessing Christians That Was Very Irresponsible Of You. My Review Of Kendrick's Album Is: It's Dangerous, Deceptive, And Demonic And Christians Shouldn't Purchase It, Praise It, Nor Promote It.

I hesitated on watching this because I’m strictly on the Christian side of the hip hop fence (if that’s a thing) but his view was one that doesn’t condemn. As a Christian, sometimes we like to condemn, but pay attention to how Jesus moved. He was about reconciliation
“I wouldn’t want to be him on judgement day” sounds so childish to me. Let us lift up our brothers and sisters in Christ. Pray about what is in your heart that caused those words to be said.
“I wouldn’t want to be him” just sounds so condescending, judgmental, and arrogant. You don’t know his personal relationship with God so why judge him? I literally can not stand Christians like yourself. It’s repulsive

If we love Him, we will obey His commandments ! God’s grace is so sufficient! Wishing nothing but love , joy , peace, prosperity, faith, hope, etc. Have a blessed day !
I love how you always throw in the “like & subscribe” when we least expect it 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Watching from AFRICA Namibia LOVE YOU CRAE
Love you Cuzzin!
Too be perfectly honest Lecrae I just honestly believe y'all should Collab on a song it would be totally awesome if you did❤️❤️❤️
Words of HolySpirit: NO COMPROMISE
You made some very good points.
Very well said
At the end of the day pray for Kendrick 🙏🏾
great POV
God speaks in this man
🙌🙌
True talk fam
You explain your views so beautifully.
A lot of people hate he wasn’t political including lecrae
Double minded. Still figuring my rap persona out. God always bringing me back from misalignment.
I’m giving this a second listen to see if I was in my right mind the first time.
Wish we could’ve gotten a Crae Kendrick collab
It was supposed to happen and would’ve loved it, but it was either a production issue which happens, or the Christian people who can’t understand hip-hop culture
Why?
Y’all better subscribe for this one
We agree with this
Bro, Ima have to focus in on this cuz this right here man....i hope you come correct bro.
Saw you at big church festival on the weekend, it was sick
To be fair, this video came out before Kendrick’s stage performance, when supported abortion

Kendrick brought me and many others close to the Lord Jesus Christ
Lecrae speaks facts!!!!
KEEP BEING REAL AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT HOW ANYBODY ELSE FEEL LETS JUST PRAY THAT GOD WILL EVENTUALLY HEAL
We are the chosen people of God and we must walk in YaH’s ways because our people are watching. Babylon is falling family and time is running out Israelites
What Were Yah's Chosen People Chosen To Do?
Fantastic job at BCDO btw!🔥🔥🔥
kendrick has his own way of speaking out and peaching. he doesn’t do it traditionally, he does it his own way. he’s not trying to be GOD or Jesus, he dresses as Jesus so people can never forget Jesus. he’s deep and real and it’s ugly, but it’s needed.
Congratulations 🎊✨ You’ve been selected in my draw.🤟🤟drop me a message on my official telegram☝️🤞, to claim your 🏆 🎉🎉🎉

I know there is at least one hater comment somewhere since Kendrick is a secular artist.
Hate Kendrick No, Hate his Album YES...I'm Your Huckleberry. Lol

Lol
Sometimes I wonder what Lecrae would do🤔
Don't Compromise...You Need Jesus to Win in any Industry
Care articulated that very well
sure, i feel like it is a great album and i feel like we need to give some time for Kendrick to grow even more. but i feel there are better albums that discuss about the topic of therapy and talk about Jesus more than Mr. Morale and The Big Steppers. a perfect example is Lecrae's Restoration.
My goat album
yooo he knows kendrick !! god bless u broskii !!
Who else likes when uncle Crae says so😅
Thanks a lot Lecrae and subscribe on UA-cam
I'm trying to listen, but the background music is lit!
i am praying for Kendrick to truly promote Christ as Lord. If we could have Kendrick on our side he could bring so many people to faith in Jesus. We could really use him.
Ask yourself which master does he serve?
Look how proud he is of the price of his outfit and the crown..
Lol lecrae… smh
I Remember Years Ago You Encouraged People To Check Out And Purchase his Album, And As A Confessing Christians That Was Very Irresponsible Of You.
My Review Of Kendrick's Album Is: It's Dangerous, Deceptive, And Demonic And Christians Shouldn't Purchase It, Praise It, Nor Promote It.
Demonic how?

If Praying To Flowers, Trees, Calling Women The B-Word, Guys The N-word, Calling White People Crackers And Praising Muhammad Isn't Demonic Then We Definitely Have A Discernment Problem.

2 Timothy 3:5-7
[5]having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!
[6]For of this sort are those who creep into households and make captives of gullible women loaded down with sins, led away by various lusts,
[7]always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
Kendrick is preaching new age teachings
I hesitated on watching this because I’m strictly on the Christian side of the hip hop fence (if that’s a thing) but his view was one that doesn’t condemn. As a Christian, sometimes we like to condemn, but pay attention to how Jesus moved. He was about reconciliation
Kendrick is a Cristian
He mocked God to the highest. You shouldn't even associate yourself with these worldly people.
How?
I pray he repents. I wouldn’t want to be him on judgement day. But we need to stand up for our Lord and stop compromising.
Truth!
Exactly!
How do you know? You sinned just as much as him every one also has a different perspective
I believe Lecrae that if you shared Christ with him the Word would be like a revival you should share Christ because God loves Kendrick Lamar.
I am sure he has and had those conversations.
To whoever is reading this : May God bless you ! You’re gunna do great in life ! Put God first and everything will fall into place ! John 3:16 says , “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life ! Believing in Christ isn’t only enough! Even the demons believe! However, Matthew 6:33 talks about us seeking Him and spending time with Him in the secret place ( where He lives- Matthew 6:6). If we seek Him, we will find Him! If we love Him, we will obey His commandments ! God’s grace is so sufficient! Wishing nothing but love , joy , peace, prosperity, faith, hope, etc. Have a blessed day ! God loves you so much :) ❤️❤️❤️
