This car is In Northern California east bayarea
I’m tearing down this 1973 caprice convertible rack for powder coating. Car is going to paint and when it’s ready for paint I’ll step in and install and adjust rack in car. New rebuilt side arms are already on has for this. Please don’t ask for how to videos on complete tear down and reassembling. I make money do this so I’m just sharing some insight. Not how to tutorials on rebuilding.
