- We're currently in Stage 4 restrictions, which means we can only leave the house for 1 hour per day to exercise within a 5km radius of where we live. So I decided to film my 1 hour of daily skate... and practice using this super long selfie stick - also good for keeping people at a 1.5 metre distance ;) I'm very lucky to live so close to this amazing bike trail. Plus I discovered this fun off-road track which runs right beside the path. Good times!
My set up in this video:
Moxi Jack Boots
Pilot Falcon plate
ATOM Pulse outdoor wheels
Storm bearings
Moxi Brake Petal toe stops
Disco Blox

Hi, Jessi!
I love outdoor rollerskating too! Last Sunday I did 15 miles and this Sunday I hope to try out trail skating! Looks amazing!!!!!! I’ve never skated on hardened dirt paths, lady you are amazing!!!! Love your Moxi’s too!
I have Moxi Lolly’ son violet with lime green wheels and pink petal toe stops🌸
Oww thanks for that dirty road ride 🤩
That's something few people do or talk about when it comes to roller skating.

That was so cool when you went in the dirt path!!
You’re amazing at navigating obstacles and rough roads
That’s how I like to roll!!! Yeahhhh!!!!
Enjoyed watching this💕 grrl gone wild thats for sure🤘
This is great Jessie! I'm looking at doing more offroad trails myself
Oh my gosh your fearless!
That off road skating is insane. Lol. I’ve never seen anyone do that before. ❤
YESSS I was trying to find places to roller-skate outdoors on a long, smooth path close enough to where I live. Thanks for showing a great trail to try out!
This is so inspiring
First time I’ve seen someone on roller skates exploring on a trail. Love your flow and the music is sooo good.
You know we (people like us) really enjoy skating when you can just sit and watch someone else do it from just the knees down..... nice vids, GREAT skate venues/routes/trails... color me jealous! But you convinced me to try out the Bont BPM 78A 62x35mm blue wheels.... (do all my skating outdoors and currently using 98a's...... yikes! looking forward to the change here in a day or two... COME ON AMAZON!!!! Keep it up!
Pretty cool 😎 I didn't know you can off road skate 😄
Oh wow! I live right next to the koonung trail! I eventually want to skate it as well but I’m still a baby skater at this stage. 🤣
Awesome!
question for you: were the trails smooth? they look quite smooth and easy to skate on. i have trails near my house but they are very bumpy. any tips? great video by the way :)
hello! yes the trail in this video is very smooth which is so nice to roll on :) if it's bumpy there are a few things to make life easier for you - use big soft outdoor wheels (something like the ATOM Pulse 78a!), keep your knees bent, feet slightly staggered and have enough speed so that the momentum will carry you across the rough bits! Sometimes if it's super rough and bumpy I'll just walk on the grass beside the trail :D
u remembered me of those days when me and my friend where doing skating together because we were preparing for nationals but it was very fun tho when teacher was late we were always doing this things what u are doing good old days 😁😆🙃🙂
Loved that you wore a helmet. Do you also skate inline? If so, which do you like best on trails?
Nice one ! Just wondering what camera you are using, Cheers!
I don't know what I need to change but everytime I skate trails I get pain in my heels. 😔
Awesome😍😍😍what wheels are you wearing?
I have to ask, where is your shirt from? I love it! Also, what a beautiful skate day!
Thanks! It's a limited edition Keith Haring tee from Uniqlo. Bought it a while ago so not sure if they'd still be in stock!
@@jessiejackson811 Oops I never answered, thank you!! :D
Also I think you're crazy in all the right ways to skate in the fricken forest, haha!! Seems like so much fun!
Amazing!!!
❤️
Hey Jessie, Thanks for the brilliant video! Do you start your journey from the beginning of Ringwood all the way to Kew East? Looks like fun - I'm excited to try it!
Hello! I usually start from Elgar Road area (Box Hill North/Mont Albert North), there's a sports complex there with a big car park to use. Then skate towards the city, up to Bulleen Road and back. You could probably skate all the way into the city if you were feeling adventurous! I wouldn't recommend starting at Ringwood, the trail between Ringwood and Blackburn North has HUGE hills, it wouldn't be very fun trying to skate it 😅 it's a difficult section even on a push bike!
Um....all I can think of is your poor bearings? Or do you have special wheels and bearings to go on dirt?
Such a nice path. We don't have that here.
Do you use disco blox specifically for trail skating? What are they good for besides sliding? 🤔
Not too sure about this, but I think they're used to stop debris from off-road areas getting in-between the trucks and causing the wheels to stop.
I only use the blox for rails, ledges and coping. They serve no purpose for trail skating :)
Nice skates! What kind are they? Pretty in Pink today! Why do you have a mask on? There is no one near you?!
what did u use to record this?
DJI Osmo Action cam!
Where in Australia is this?
Koonung Creek Trail in Melbourne!
Please tell me what kind of wheels are you wearing??
These are ATOM Pulse outdoor wheels :)
@@jessiejackson811 ordering now!! Thanks, great video!
What's the hardness of those wheels ????
