Amy, outstanding work on this mixer that is not being done by anyone else, anywhere! BRAVA!
I literally made waffles today for lunch, so this video is perfect 😀I never use any recipe, I just 'eyeball' it and they come out great. For whipping egg whites alone I prefer to use my trusty old hand mixer, because it gives me a bit more control over the stiffness of the finished product (I ALWAYS overbeat them with my stand mixer, I'm not gonna lie 🤣).
The egg whites were definitely overbeaten, so the 'smart' feature turned out to be not as smart as they say.
I like those models
U look very pretty
Go for it! Drop the F-Bomb, honey! LOLZ! LoveYa!
You made me heading back when i was very young and could eat sugar as you're doing in front of the camara but i supose there exists a salt waffles receipe. Thanks for sharing your vídeos. Greetings from Venezuela. Javier
Looking like more tech stuff that you don't need, especially if you get a phone call during your programming 😮think I will stick with manual.
You're a UA-cam legend
I don't know if I can use a phone to mix. I am an old dinosaur! Argentumsaurus!
The egg whites are definitely stiff. I love homemade batter for waffles.
AMY...... TO ME THEY LOOK A LITTLE DRY. YES or NO.
Yeah, those egg whites are definitely over whipped!
