I believe Power Pro was one of the first braids to come onto the market , so where do you get off saying that it’s trash , also Spider Wire was another one. I’ve used it for over thirty years and never had a problem with it, and all I fish around is pilings and bridges , caught plenty of Tog and Stripers using it .
G'day, Josh - The Berkley FireLine is our pick as the best-braided fishing line for baitcasters. Check out our full article in the description box for more information 🎣
That's hilarious. I once did catch a 20 lb bass....no shit....1985 lower lake castaic cal...20 lbs 5 Oz. Weighed at the mini mart released alive........ I just got a new Daiwa Lexa 300. I'm leaning towards fireline also, but I want 40 lb in smoke black . I think 30 lb is the max they make..wat you reccomend? Fishing for trophy river stripers. Lamiglas skeet reese glass rod, lexa 300 8.1 reel 28lbs drag. Reels a beest
Where does Berkley Whiplash fits in? Also, where does Ygr9 braid line fits in your list? (Kindly, give your feedback on these two lines). How is spider wire stealth SMOOTH compared to spider wire stealth?
Have not seen one for line colors which one is best or good yet on any channel White seams to be the best choice for not being seen, I don't know for sure just guessing on that.
You’ve gotta be kidding me. This list is pure crap. Best budget options maybe? Spider wire stealth is the worst line I’ve ever tried by far and you have it at #3?
Hi Joe - We have the Spiderwire Ultracast Invisi-Braid as the best option for Musky fishing. Check out our full article which goes into more detail about these models.
@@FishingPax, I use the 6 pound inshore camo for some really serious inshore and nearshore saltwater fishing. It actually has a 19 pound break strength, which is more than most other 10 pound braided line out there. Just gotta use a longer leader 15-20 pound leader with a good FG knot and it will definitely do the job on some surprising large fish, such as bull redfish. I have a ridiculous amount of line on my reel because it’s so thin. Hook something like a Crevalle Jack, it’s no problem.
My favorite is still over 20 years old and I still haven't changed my still good " Spider wire Braided Green moss 12 to 20 pounds lines and Spiderwire Invisible Braided 8 pound and 20 pound and 50 pounds lines of invisible colors for 50 pounds Stripers Bass fish and 5 pound Small Mouth Bass fish and 5 pound Large Mouth Bass fish and 40 pounds Brown Catfish and 12 pound brown rainbow trout and 70 pounds Alligator Gar fish of over 7 feet long on Zebco 888 REEL and combo of RINO Zebco indestructible rod and Zebco Catfish open face spinning reel and 7 feet rod .

Berkeley X9.
Good on bait casters and spinning reels a lot of the ones you mentioned will cut into its self on bait casters.
Catching 20 pound bass in no time!? I better go buy me some Fireline by golly!

You're better off just having a leader on braid if you aren't fishing topwater. White braided line can still be visible in some bodies of water
This is Great!
Thanks for your positive feedback Haya - Much appreciated!

The lineup makes sense, but cast King power. Pro should not be number two. Super course and not smooth at all.
