Our machine has the tamper proof torx screws too. I was able to fix our machine by just repeatable injecting water up the nozzle shown at 3::14. I used a Dental Irrigation Syringe I kept after wisdom tooth surgery.
Thank you very much. it helped and now it makes coffee but when I tried to run the rinse cycle it got stuck, still makes coffee though, thinking to by the descaling and run that cycle. Thanks anyhow it was totally not working
How did you remove the plastic round housing where the lock lever is? I removed the two screws, but it seems something is still holding it together in the front. In the video, that step is edited out, you show only sliding it away. Thank you.
Sir, thanks for the guide. 🙂
maybe..or bad firmware..i dont have wifi so i am not even able to try to update firmware...im thinking it could be a blown thermal fuse to the heating element or bad heating element
Note: the newer versjon has torx tamper proof screws
I'm trying this right now!!! Update you guys in a few....

Thank you for guide. Nespresso tech support told me to use a toothpick to push up that nozzle. I wonder if that broke the rubber cup.
Maybe. But you can take a look and see if you punctured the rubber cup.

There is a little hook that holds it. Find it and will get that up.

Baka po disaligned yung pagkakalagay.
does anybody have one of these that wont go to solid white...then 2 red blink?
Sensor failure or maybe heater problem
that was my guess..or maybe a bad thermal fuse?..however when i try to do a factiry reset it does not go to solid white too
@shelby50411 Well I think the board might be the problem

What type of Torx screw is it?
If I'm not mistaken it was a T2 or T3
@@gudvooy2 it's an antidamper torx (at least for my machine)
What size screw driver you using?
Just a standard Philip screw driver.

Yes it was
