Very nice and clean home. Ready to just move into. Safe and nice parking at least. ( think guests must part on street?) No outside work, as of the two porches and just relax and enjoy it all! Very nice!

I could move in there straight away. Very nice inside. Expected it to be falling apart within.

I like this place. Of course it needs new paint and flooring. Like the oven separate in another room. Oven won't heat up the house in the summer. Perfect size for singles, newlyweds or retirees. Nice place to start.

It's hidden on Ferndale Road and not far from Bray, while situated in Co. Dublin. Number 30, the Garden Apartment, is in the North Wing, built in 2003. Three windows face East and two face South. The majority of Residents are retired professionals.

Total perfection! This home is in such a fantastic area, and also the fkowers are amazing! Not too much lwn to handle and yet enough to enjoy and most any time of the day, Plenty of bathrooms, so nicely done and clean and the floors are lovely and would be easy to take care of, and plenty of room in living room to really spread out and enjoy it all. Room for a desk and printer and small office area, before kitchen area perhaps? That is if not needed for a business and you have small children maybe.For a couple of mid or a little older age couple, that would be a nice place to be together and yet far enough away, to hold the marriage together, once you have hit many years together.. LOL The kitchen has so many nice cupboards and everything needed to truly love making the meals.. It is wonderful to be abe to park in front of around to back at least maybe at end of the day? I suppose often going into kitchen is best when you have groceries. Love the idea of a morning coffee, in back yard , and as it is fenced in nicely, you do have privacy! This truly has it all for the right person.I would truly jump at this if had the money in hand and ready to go . I take it that it is not furnished and would need to maybe buy all new? Did it have a Washer and dryer ,or any place for one? Perhaps the larger bathroom has room for it, if not already in? Did not remember seeing that? Do the chandiliers come with all homes purchased? Or do the buyers need to purchase new?

The house is nice and roomy for a family. Like the way they pulled the green from the door into the kitchen.

This house is absolutely turnkey. Lots of natural light and plenty of room in the kitchen and living area. Gorgeous garden and plantings. What’s not to love about this house? Oh . . . To live in this home. I love that bead board panelling, it adds architectural interest to the room.
