Ian Rishton no it's charged up to a bit before they tech. the actual fully charge golden tager takes around 5 or 6 seconds to fully charge. still no combo has been found for a fully maxed out one. if it's even possible.
cygnus king that's necessary for Golden Tagers. It's how you charge Golden Tagers for extra damage. It doesn't matter how fast or slow you spin the stick either, it just matters that you spin it
