I have a theory that Planet X is the reason for periodic ice ages on our planet. If Planet X has an elliptical orbit that last hundreds of thousands of years, and when it gets closer to the sun, it has an effect that causes an ice age.
It's not a theory, it's a conjecture and even then you should propose a mechanism of action i.e. how exactly does it cause ice ages? From what we already know an ice age can happen after a big enough asteroid hits the surface kicking so much dust into the air that ot then changes planet's albedo and hence surface temperature. Last ice age happened that way.

@kesangwangchuk8282 no hes the Egyptian God of mystery.
N B R : like ancient Hebrew? N(E)BR(A): the NEBRA Sky DISK found in Germany and N(I)B(I)R(U): NIBIRU that 3000 or so years of Its Orbit, possibly orbiting a small dwarf star that it Orbits?
It’s probably an invisible tiny black hole
Could not the new telescope in space see this thing.
You don't understand the vastness of space, do you?
The new telescope cannot show you things by itself. You need to know where the planet is and then turn the telescope towards it.
Also, they don't have the use of the telescope 24/7. There are lots of other research groups, researching other things. So you get your turn at the telescope..maybe a few hours a day or week.
Weather girls don't wave their arms that much😊
This is just a thought bubble from a largely ignorant science and cosmology fan..But is it possible for a planet to follow precisely the orbit of another planet for example the earth 180° apart on the elliptical... forever obscured by the sun and therefore visually unobservable and remain undetected. Just a thought...can someone enlighten me?
No enlightenment required, thats a known theory and hard to disprove. The only problem is that it wouldn't explain the unusual orbits observed of some objects out past Neptune which is the main reason some people think its out there.
@australien6611 thank you for the explanation...another thought...would it not be possible to leave a lingering satellite in the earth's orbit and simply wait..after 365.25 days and it's still there we'd know for certain surely one way or another. 😁
@robindawtrey9735 nice idea and i think the soho satellite kinda does that and proves no planet hiding behind the sun. But for the planet X if its not on the same elliptical plane and alot further out then the paths would never cross
@robindawtrey9735 Fraser Cain has a great channel and is great at answering questions about space from people like us 👍
@@australien6611 yes...I gathered that and wasn't really expecting that this was the solution...it was as I said...a thought bubble... Wouldn't it make for a great SF storyline though. Another earthlike planet completely oblivious to each other until....or because the other was more advanced and explains UFO's etc. etc. 😁
Planet Ix, future home to a tech driven civilization.
I know how you could really find out... we have this new telescope called James Webb it will shed light on your anomalies
It might not be a planet it could be a micro black hole something with a huge mass yet tiny size and large strong magnetic field
The music background caused me to lose interest in listening, so I cut it off!!! Play without it, and I'll be back!!!
I would love it if they named it "Nyx"
Nyx is a moon of pluto.
@ very cool. Didn't know that!
Nibiru... It's coming. It's coming. The prophesy are true. It shall make earth move out of its orbit. The long winter, an ice age will be back again, Prepare earthlings.
