- 일대일대응 방식의 학습 습관 때문에 흔히 빠지게 되는 함정 중 하나가 바로 later 이다. l이번 강의를 통해 later 에 대한 올바른 이해와 활용을 배울 수도 있지만 그보다 later 대신에 사용해야 하는 표현을 배우는 것이 더 중요하다.

💡영상에서 설명하고 있는 는 라고 할 때와 의미가 거의 같습니다. "during the next couple of weeks"라고 하면 보다는 라는 의미에 더 가깝습니다. 하지만 의 개념과는 또 다릅니다. "앞으로 2주에 걸쳐" ← 약간 요런 느낌입니다
“나중에” 라고 할 때는 현재를 기준으로 later (on)이라고 할 수 있습니다 😀

Wow, at this rate, I can speak English fluently in about 1 years. So, 2 years from now, I can guve lectures in English and communicate with people. About 3 years after that, I can become a professor lecturin in both Korean and English.

later를 틀리게 쓰고 있는 지도 몰랐어요.. 그리고 강의를 들으면서 in 이라고 하면 기간 내 라는 의미로 해석될 수도 있지 않나.. 하는 의문이 들었는데 선생님이 그 부분도 바로 짚어주셔서 진짜 놀랐습니다..!ㅎㅎ
