My request is that you also highlight tips such as temperature (low/medium/high flame) at which food needs to be cooked e.g. here at what heat the Kadhi should cook so it doesn't break up and how we will know the right time to drop the pakodas so they get cooked without disintegrating etc. Loving your channel and am trying out a few recipes with success, looking forward to many more, please keep at it to help people like me cook simple yet delicious home cooked food. Well my grandmother used to do a diet . 3 days only chass . I tried once and my god this turned great .this diet makes your whole digestive track clean . Please try if you can .first day of the 3 days you will feel tired but trust me its worth it. 2nd and 3rd days of the diet will make you fell better❤️

One of my favourite dish. My mother is making it. We add onions also. And obviously we are Gujarati’s so we add some jaggery
