INTO THE FIRE // LYRICS:
I'm not too sure what I'm supposed to do with this
These hands, this mind, this instability
From a cage I created, to a hell that heaven made
Can't let go of the hatred, cause I love the way it tastes
I wouldn't take back a moment, not one miserable moment
I'll give it all, 'til there's nothing
I'd walk into the fire
I've come to terms with the fact I'll never change
And that's just fine, I find solace in the pain
I don't mind the darkness, it's easy on the eyes
I'm praying for something to make me feel alive
I wouldn't take back a moment, not one miserable moment
I'll give it all, 'til there nothing
I'd walk into the fire
I'm a paranoid, sycophant, masochistic dilettante... Narcissistic elephant in the room
I'm the end of the world, thinning the herd, the all around outta my my mind, fucking absurd I am gone, I am gone

Anyone else waited for that moment when Danny's voice just opens up like wildfire like: "Into the FIIIIIIIRRRREEEEEEEEEE"
loving that towards the end of this one
Cold chills.
I loooove how he breaks into it before the end
Arend Neethling jys gay
YES I WAS🔥
Danny's voice truly amazing..
It's all edited. Anybody can sound good in a studio.
Barnhart24 he's good sr love too
or just search in UA-cam AA acoustics
Barnhart24 best comment
I saw them live last year and Danny sounded pretty close to his studio recordings, if not better.
Barnhart24 you must not understand how this works or ever seen them live, Danny's voice is absolutely amazing
"I don't mind the darkness...it's easy on the eyes"
One of the best lyrics out there
My son is blind and It hits home for me
He was born normal. He is 9 and now has battens and is blind
Oh lord, I can only imagine how terrifying that would be to me. I wish that baby the best that I can possibly wish.
Also, I'm sorry if I offended. I was only commenting on the metaphorical idea of it.
God: "So how much vocal range should we give this Worsnop kid"
Gabriel" "yes"
I wish i could like this comment twice!
Lol
Yes.
Overused
@@LaughingDisciple I agree, but dude, I posted that comment like a year ago. So...
Yeah, nice range! Three octaves at least!
OMG 3:00 so beautiful, It makes my skin crawl
arrepiou ate os cabelo do cu
It does the same to me
same
same same same
pretty damn good. sounds really smooth and atmospheric.
dannys voice is just incredible.
He's shit live
This version is better. Imo
No kidding 😂😂
One of my favorite things in music is when a band does an acoustic version of a song and the singer proceeds to use power in the singing. If you can pull off the singing in the studio version than you better bring that power and soul to the acoustic version too where we the audience can truly feel it. Amazing stuff
Danny's voice gives me chills near the end there holy shit what a talented man
no doubt man I love his variety in vocal ranges
3:00 pure eargasm. I‘m so unbelievably happy that Dannys back, he‘s such a talented guy.
jajajaja wn
yse4yse4 I got goosebumps at that part of the song it was so good
Especially when he gives it his all that the end. Fuuuu
Do you even know someone named Chris Cornell? Thats talent....
This... this song saw me through the darkest most miserable days of my life. Pulling me from the pits of hell and the brink of satans finger tips himself.
I was in a very toxic, abusive, drug induced relationship and every time I escaped, it was to this song and these genius lyrics.
I no longer live that life today, 2 years later, this song now has a new meaning for me. Every time I hear it, I'm taken back to the place I never want to be again. A beautiful, grim reminder of the person that I used to be.
Thank you Danny. Thank. You AA for helping me without ever having knowledge of doing so.
This song, from the lyrics to the vocal range to the music, puts the master in Masterpiece!
Beautifully Inspiring. and I hope those who read your comment find that same spark to move forward to better healthier places
Thank you for sharing your story. There is an insane strength to pull yourself out of the darkness so to speak. Hope you are well and keep at it
The thing you needed was the last thing you wanted.. to be alone in a room

Danny possesses one of those unique vocal sounds that has an emotionally driven angst that strikes a chord when its heard. Paired with belonging to the kind of singer and vocal musician that holds nothing back, ripping himself open and leaving it all exposed as he lays himself bare at the end of a song, you have the rare opportunity to experience the sound and artistic beauty of the songs created afterwards. That's what music should be all about.
i can match the whole song perfectly apart from his perfect screams at thte end. my voice keeps breaking and falling inbetween the pitch he uses. just blissful
Him making that country album help his voice so much!
Kylo CE agreed 100%
Not a fan of county at all, but his solo album was a masterpiece and was very good for him musically and personally.
It made so much better and has helped him out 100% even my music tutors say this
Danny is unarguably one of the most talented vocalists in all of metal.
From "Morte Et Dabo" and "The Price of Beauty" to this. I'm not a very big fan of Asking Alexandria, but I have so much respect for this guy 💯💯💯🔥🔥🔥
HELL YEA MAN!
Lol. It doesn’t sound metal anymore
Takeran Check out original Heavy Metal bands and stop spewing nonsense.
The Prince Of Beauty is asong by Suicide Silence.
Takeran meh
Been screaming for years, practicing many different ranges and styles, and I still have no idea how to do what he does at the end. Such a beautiful voice, and an amazing person. Love ya Danny!!!
I don't want to break it to you, but from what i've seen. He cannot do it either. He never goes this high screaming when it's live. Unfortunately they use a lot of software tampering with his voice. But it still sounds awesome :)
I've been trying to solve the mystery myself lol. That vocal range is NUTS
@@hippaposk762 tbh he showed it often enough that he can get that high live when he wants to
Watch another bottle down live from brixton... great range in that song. I think he does the Corey Taylor thing to relax his chords
@@xxOldSouL what’s the Corey Taylor thing?
Those vocals at the end are just insane
Danny's voice is fucking awesome, cant believe his voice is still as powerful as their first days as Asking Alexandria
Marshall Shane do yourself a favor and watch their live acoustic session they did when From Death to Destiny was released. He's a damn good singer.
It sounds much better! He is professional singer with an incredible voice skills
FFS he's Danny Worsnop, do he need another reason to approve?
A whole acoustic album from AA would be so great
Bud OML YES
Yes
@@hearingvisions7307 when?
I'd be good with an acoustic song honestly.
As long as Danny's on vocals
After discovering Asking Alexandria back in 2011, they instantly became my favorite band and are still my favorite band to this day. Danny’s vocals are insane. Bands passion is insane. I hope that I get to meet these guys one day.
Gives me chills everytime. Danny is an amazing vocalist.
They need to perform this with big orchestra like bmth did with one of their live shows. That would be amazing to hear..
Moreover, their songs are more suitable for symphonic arranges and they have Danny instead of Oli, whose melodic chords are totally broken
TRUEEEEE 🔥🔥
BMTH live performances with orchestra was so magical ❤
bit like what Metallica did
Mim4k1 wtf are melodic chords LMAO
Yessssssss
I love this acoustic version, i hope they do more of these, Dannys voice is fucking amazing. This song gave me goosebumps.
Rikki Leigh yeah
Hell yeah
Dude he should do "alone in a room"
Alone In a Room Acoustic was the 1st Song I heard from AA & sent me down a Rabbit Hole 🎧🤘🏻😏
Actually like the Acoustic Version of Alone In A Room over Original
Moving on is acoustic too ;)
This guy is definitely up there on my favourite singers list. It's so impressive how he can go from singing so soft and low to so high and smooth. I'd love to watch him go at it live
I've been listening to AA since they released " the final episode and a prophesy" and never imagined he could sing acoustic this way. Great voice!
the song, the voice, the rythm, you are all awesome
The reason why I prefer Danny over Denis, is that Danny's voice is just so much more mature
Attila Felföldi Probably because Danny IS more mature.
And because it's Danny! He's the original head of the band! Lol
I totally agree. I mean, Dennis wasn't horrible but his singing just sounded like a bunch of high pitched noise most of the time to me. Danny has an actual voice. Dennis sounded like he should've been the vocalist of every other metalcore band you find on Facebook.
@@noahtaube3385 lol
Dennis is more talented than this shit called danny ;)
Dudes vocal range and control is amazing
Saw AA live at The House Of Blues in Houston. Tickets were a christmas gift for my 20 yr old daughter and we decided to make a girls trip out of it......boy was I pleasantly surprised!! Danny absolutely blew me away with his vocals!!! This man can fucking SING!!! I found myself tearing up to almost every song that night because of the raw emotion they displayed and projected unto us. I have seen MANY MANY concerts in my 47yrs and this was def one of the best!!! You guys made me a lifetime fan and I cannot wait til the next tour to see you again!!!
Loved James work in this one
ExtrañoS lol
Lmao poor james
I really think, that he left his mark on this song
Drooms
Speechless. This is not the Asking I grew up with, but this is incredible
SavingShredz my thoughts exactly, I'm proud of my bois, this is amazing
I think they have gotten better as they have aged. I didn't really get into AA until their second and third albums. Their first especially just standard edgy metalcore, it wasn't until their later work that their lyrics got deeper and they started doing more singing and real screams and less fry scream nonsense.
their second album is their best in my opinion but i'm sure someone out there disagrees
It's no Stand Up and Scream, but it's still pretty good
No its not. Its evolved, better than ever
We are our own worst enemy. As a recovering addict, it's amazing that we can throw so much away for nothing. I don't walk into the fire. I set it. First seek the kingdom and all will be added.

At 3:00 is so epic what a voice
his range is so epic
It defiantly is I've only recently started listening to them but I do prefer this guys voice to the other guy who used to be lead singer
Very few songs have ever given me goosebumps, but that spot in this song managed to pull it off.
Jesus christ, dat ending took me by the balls. Beautifull
Mosh Room indeed. Going from quiet to agonizing scream showing immense emotion, even if there was nothing there that take.
Took me by the balls too even know I dont have them cause I am a girl..
When i've been listening the metal version, i didn't know that it can be so powerful in acoustic. Pure brilliant!
I wouldn't take back a moment. Not one miserable moment.
The king is back :)
Μ K EEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAH BOOOOOIIIIIIIIIII YOU GADEM RIGHT!!!
not really Коста.. :)) _!_
That finale just grabbed my soul and ripped it out of my body as if being forced to feel
I'm a huge fan of accoustic pieces. I love the emotion in this. Such a beautiful voice! I will be playing this in my lounge.
This is the one song and version of it that makes me calm.
Dany sonud like Sebastián Bach in the end of the song , awsome .
Ozwaldo Salazar Sebastian was his coach
One of the best vocalist in the game right now...Badass
Bradley Lake wouldn't say The Best. For the likes of oh say Myles Kennedy.. lol he's really good though.
I agree it's amazing
I love Myles but i don't think Danny lacks compared to him at all . Find them both unique at what they do :) .
Let's be honest, he's always been one of the greatest vocalists. Plus, he can sing country like a son of a bitch, so he wins in my book lmao.
This is one of the most subjective comments in the game right now, gayass.
Adds so much depth to the song played acoustically. Quality. What a voice.
Asking Alexandra is easily among my top five favorite bands together but Danny ... Danny unquestionably is one of my all-time favorite vocalist performers to date. There is a rawness to the sound of his voice that is completely authentic while the gravely, edge he wraps around lyrics once he's left it all out on the table, refusing to hold anything back and leaves pieces of himself lingering in the quiet once the final notes go silent!
i need this version in my Spotify playlist. Please ^^

best song I've heard in a while.
listen to pink floyd kids.
mehkepala Pink Floyd is boring. The Doors are where it's at.
Robin Burnette because you are kids
mehkepala Nigga what? I'm 22 and have been listening to classic rock all my life. Fuck outta here with that bullshit. Pink Floyd is lame as fuck and can't hold a candle to Jim Morrison, David Bowie or Robert Plant.
His voice gives me goosebumps. Certified bad ass 🤘🏻
I absolutely love this acoustic version of Into The Fire. Lead singer's voice is beautiful and incredible. The rock version is awesome too.
Can't let go of the hatred, cause I love the way it tastes
This has to be the best finish ever, the last set of "into the fire" was beautiful and fit perfectly. DANNY'S BACK!!!
Acoustic music is by far my most favorite. You can feel the intensity, passion, and pain so well.
His voice is so husky and amazing. I didn't know what to expect when I started listening to this acoustic version. It is absolutely beautiful!
3:00 oh myy god!! beautiful
D u m e z amazing
Alone In A Room Acoustic or nahh?
Craig Green I would prefer to see room 138 on acoustic. The song itself is powerful af and maybe even more if given a acoustic rendition
Craig Green make that acoustic.
Or 'Vultures' metalcore rendition for the high school community
Shit.....do an entire acoustic album. :)
Craig Green they made one :)
AA in acoustic is BY FAR the best i ever heard in the world of "Acoustic Version"s
I could hear his voice all day, Danny’s voice is soo unique and truly one of a kind ❤️

@@furafura1854 keep it about the music smh
yes i love this band there soft stuff really helps calm the soul

Please make this version available on spotify
Cole Steele it is under the 3 song single for into the fire.
His voice is on another level
This song has gotten me through a shitty 3 years. Hearing Danny’s passion and amazing voice with this version is that much more powerful.
I am completely blown away. Danny worsnop vocals is on the same realm as Chris Cornell, Steven Tyler and Freddy mercury etcetera
Wolfgang Ferro Corey Taylor has a 5 and a half octave range
Mario Andrade well he's not Worsnop now is he hahaha. I'm not hating on any of them I'm just saying comparing Danny to Mercury is like comparing a Honda Civic to Rolls-Royce. Both will get you to where you're going but one is way better than the other
HEDWIG ETCETERA While his voice is definitely good, it's not on par with any of them.
Cornell? No one is Chris Cornell close as far as unique and range. Well, very few..
You're referring to Myles Kennedy, right?
Danny has one of the greatest voices of this generation. Been looping this song all day, chills every time.
This song is so fantastic, and incredible. I usually don't like acoustic versions, but this one, I truly love.
I'm on a non-stop repeat of this song. 🤘

I can never get enough of this song, I think my neighbours either know it word for word now, whether they want to or not lol.
What a vocal God I haven't felt a voice like that since Layne Staley
Agreed. Natural talent
nowhere near as good, but damn I know what you're saying. I hope more of this kind of talent surfaces soon, its been far too long since I've gotten the chills from a vocalist.
Corey Wimmer exactly
Vision Quest Outdoors check out Jonny Craig
Wesley EP doesn’t have the same level of pain as Staley.
welcome back to the family danny....
Probably the best rock song out there right now. I can’t stop playing this song
I feel so emotional listening to this. I love this band so much. Seriously. I need to see them live someday.
I got to see them at the Soma in SanDiego like 6 years ago for their Death to Destiny tour.... I've never been so blown away. Worth every dollar. I didnt leave the pit for their whole set!

Sub Zero I like Where Did It Go better but your point is right😂
I feel like i'm about to explode from all this raw and heartfelt talent at the end. Thank you.
This song in this version is the most amazing it literally touches the soul one of the greatest
It makes me feel good knowing that a bang that I love, are growing up with me!

One of the best voices to ever live.. forever
I used to listen to them big time in middle school. Asking Alexandria had a big impact in my childhood. Nice to come back and see what bands are doing nowadays. This acoustic version is amazing and I as well can get goosebumps when's he screams 'into the firrrreee!' Never forget where you come from peoples.
They have matured a lot as a band... Great job 👏🏻
holy shitballs that ending
Danny is and will always be my favorite singer and his voice is real as can be cause you can just hear the pain he has been though in his life with his voice
sorry dennis we needed danny. absolutely perfect.
Don't be sorry to Dennis. AA needs to be sorry for ever having him lol
That final man
lol love how he threw that powerful voice in the end love it
Guilherme Hernandes Minhoto unreal isn't it

God damn, Danny just makes it look so easy. Pulled off those high notes in the end like it was nothing. That just proves he's one of the best vocalists in the metal scene.
I'm in love with this band. Always have been and always will 😍
I'm going to see them play at shiley acres in Aug, which is basically my backyard and we've got VIP/Backstage passes, meet the bands etc!! Gonna be a hell of concert
