3:00 ive had real chinese food in authentic restaurants but this bro is desi chinese :) just look up chilli chicken, chicken 65, crispy chicken, stir fried recipes with garlic ginger chilli capsicum which are not in daily use in china. kung pao chicken and others kinda looks better. i guess dubai peeps have also acquired taste for desi chinese :)
