You would get it after defeating him with a busting lvl S and when used in battle it will summon a portal that sends yellow orbs foward to random lines of the battlefield. The total damage of the attack will be based on how many orbs hit something, the more the better, ranging the damage of the chip from 50 to 500, since each orb accounts for 50 dmg (can't be affected by damage modifiers) and the portal will send 10 of them. After all the orbs hit an enemy/object or hit nothing and disappeared, a rank will appear in the middle of the screen, it could be B, A or S, with B being the best since the damage dealt on the enemy will be higher. After that, Cyber Peacock will appear in the middle of the enemy's panels and attack it by opening his feathers on his back, dealing the damage the orbs stacked from hitting things.

There was of course this one, Magma Dragoon's and Slash Beast's themes, and if I remember well there was also Web Spider's and Storm Owl's themes. Those who played it will surely know :). But yeah, back then, this one flash game exposed me to the great musics (and also the gameplay you could say) of X4 without knowing about the original game prior. So while I'm not completely left out, I do wish I could've gotten to experienced the actual game instead lol.
