      Also, if Lee would have been a perfectionist, he wouldn't have been too lazy to actually learn various styles instead of pick some techniques out of context and without ever learning any understanding of the frameworks they were used in.
      He didn't even get techniques right for his movies.

    The craziest thing is that the most legendary martial artists are all linked in one school. Huo Yuanjia (who Jet Li played in Fearless, arguably the greatest martial arts movie of all time) trained Ip Man. Ip Man trained Bruce Lee. And Bruce Lee led to a surge of kids rushing to learn martial arts, many of which are champions now.

    Bruce Lee is the embodiment of what it means by “practice makes perfect”.
    He had physical disadvantages that should have hindered his martial arts ability and prowess but he was so determined to be the best he developed his body’s ability to surpass what would have limited him if he believed he could not develop his martial arts skills for the better.
    A fantastic human being he was. RIP Bruce Lee the legend

      @@c.galindo9639 firstly I'd like to point out my fighting abilities have absolutely nothing to do with the fact that Bruce Lee had only been in one official fight. I've studies Tae Kwon do and jujitsu and have been in plenty of fights so I learned first hand training is only good if you can actually implement it in real life fight. You need both experience and knowledge to be the best.

    I liked his quote when a student asked him why he spoke about peace and love when he was teaching them to fight, he said "Because its better to be a warrior in a garden than a gardener in a war". He also said its foolish to use a weapon unless necessary, bc you need your whole arm or two arms to strike with it, but without it, youre using your fists, forearms, palms, the heel of your hands, and elbows.

      That bag was filled with cotton and not very heavy, despite what simpleton fanboys claim about it. Besides that, his punching technique is beyond horrible. No grounding, no defensive hands position, cocking and shooting from the waist, not using proper body mechanics, rotation, no proper target placement, just about everything executed wrong. it's ridiculous.
