What if mine doesn't have the screws. Does that mean I will need some type of glue to put it back in place?

My guess it would be a plastic snap in type. Hopefully you can get it out without breaking it.

My drain looks like but no screws so please help me to remove this cover

It’s probably a snap in cover. Gently pry up the edge with a flat blade screw driver.

Use gloves
