Beautiful bike, to the owner I'd recommend some Sunf A021 tires for road use, and an RLV muffler to quiet it down and pick up a little power.
Definitely recommend the front brake kit from GPS if you're riding this thing on the street. Never know when someone might pull out infront of you.

Yes for sure ! All that stuff would definitely help out his bike!

street tires are a must for road use. And that RLV muffler will give it some extra torque for top speed

Awesome job on the trailmaster mb200-2, I have one myself, 12in shocks, 60T sprocket, tork-zilla super 30 series driver from OMB, predator non hemi 212cc, with billet rod and flywheel, hot265 cam, 26lb valve springs, vm22 with a 140 jet, (my elevation is 1750) and a thin head gasket, and I've gone about 50mph at about 6200 rpms. Can't wait to see what you do with this bike.

I'm glad you did the VM22 comparisons... after RedBeard did it on his dyno, I was surprised but wondered if maybe it was an actual tuning/mixture thing, You just confirmed that the cheaper Chinese version is just as good if not better for performance. So it really comes down to reliability V having a spare carby tucked into the tool kit

To really take advantage of the advanced timing I really think you need a hot 265 cam.

Just recently, I've decided to try a couple of the knock off vm22 carbs. I will try the other one on a mild 212 this weekend. The one I put on my Briggs 5hp mild build fired right up and ran amazing out if the box. I was pretty shocked. Here in Colorado I usually have to do some jets and adjusting even in my flatslides. Definitely a pleasant surprise.

Yes! Happy to see the big bikes in the channel again. What's the rear sprocket on this guy? Went to a 40 rear on my baja, with a torque converter it does 50.

Put a 12 tooth on the jackshaft and a 50 on the rear should hit about 62 with that set up that’s what im running and I hit 65 before but maintain a steady top speed of about 61-62

Nice build indeed, is it possible to run both the kill switch on the bar and the one on the engine? I figured for extra security and keep curious people away, thanks.looks like the only thing holding it back is the gearing.

I think billet flywheel would have given advancement to timing also. Since governor deleted that's what I would have tried first.

@@Black66 Thank you for the hands on testing you do. I like the idea to do all the free mods that is possible to an engine first, before it begin to cost to much. Like, a washer under the springs, some porting and upping the comp. Easy to do, and make it com alive. The cam seems to be okay, pulls nice at that rpm. Best regards

What am i doing wrong or is it size? Im 6’0” 240 lbs. i just installed a new tilly on a rb200. I have the same stage one kit from GPS. Also have a torque converter. Im only able to get a top speed of 39.99(40 lol). Your baseline was 46+. What gives? Will removing the governor completely give me that much more speed? I hear so much about how removing the governor isnt safe…or is that a predator thing only?

It won’t be a issue if you have a aluminum or billet flywheel. Also just make sure to open to case and remove the internal governor
