Great video! Just few tips from a pilot. 1. Try to get established way before straight in for runway. In that way you don't have to make so many hand moves. 2. Try to fly way slower. 3.Get rid of flaps configurations way before reaching the runway. Cause the flaps gives you an extra bubble which makes you gain altitude. 4. Try to make smooth moves with joystick.
NorPilot Iqbali ^ that, and try to maintain a descent ratio that is 1/2 your speed x10. So like, 130 divided by 2 equals 65. 65 x 10 = 650. - your descent ratio. :)
Its_Mil lol i understanf since you just play a game because your a kid but flight sim is mainly for mature persons who take the time to learn a particular aircraft or aircrafts and try to fly it as professionally as possible so dont feel angered... you fly and crash your sim how you want to because you can :)
Ryan Cunningham not really see when i first started out flying i flew it like a game and guess what... after a week i was bord until i watched a fully loaded flight and was amazed by the realism and then i learnt there are payware aircrafts that has pushable buttons and simulated like the real deal so thats when i tried flight sim again and realize its much more fun to learn an aircraft and fly it with real procedures and i never went back to flying it like a game. so in other words people who fly in the sim like a game wont last a week so there should be more simmers than gamers on flight sim ;)
I was thinking the same. you should have your pitch angle at 0 and have a controlled rate of descent by advancing or decreasing the throttle. this guy is coming in at like -20 degrees, and has throttle at 50%!!! only in FSX can noobs like this successfully land
I've seen much worse. He landed safely although he was to high, but he sets the throttle to idle as he knew he was going to descend fast and he also ended up on the center of the runway. He made a smooth landing. I realized that he understands the mechanics of flying. You can always land this Boeing at 150 knots, actually pilots use 141 knots normally. ILS is good but landing visual is what makes you a real pilot. Reverse is missing but that is something he needs to learn. He will see that is a totally different thing when flying with an add on like airbus extended. That's what fsx haves to offer. Fsx made the 737-800 to easy like if the air, winds, etc was always stable... I just needed to know if that joystick haves force feed back.
It's a good landing just like the rest of the AIs, but the problem is the approach, but for me overall, it's good especially the webcam showing the Flight Stick, planning to buy one for my Flight Sim.
Awesome video. A lot of haters in your comment section, ignore those pricks. You do you, your landing was perfect in my opinion and if anyone says otherwise they're just jealous
Funny how everyone is trying to denounce this person's piloting skills, when he never claims to nor does he try to pretend to have any. This is a video demonstrating a joystick. Not how to land a plane. If you don't like how he's doing it, give constructive criticism, or else let him use FSX however he damn well pleases.
This is just advice. On approach, slowly lower your flaps to lose speed and keep it at 180 knots. (If you didn't pay attention you were going over speed and in real life that would have ripped your wings off.) when you got close to the runway, set your auto brakes to how strong you want it to be (max is only for emergency landings) and arm your air brakes via shift+/ (only Boeing planes have them), lower the landing gear and put full flaps. With a Boeing 737, Keep your speed then to 160 knots (it's real Important to keep watch on your speed when landing). When your over the runway at about 50 feet above it, start your flare. As you touch down the brakes and air brakes will automatically deployed when they were armed, then gently lower the nose then apply reverse thrust via holding f2. Then, you've landed! It takes practice but practice makes perfect.
shitty flying but i'm impressed that he made a decent landing with that approach. Heck, we all have to start somewhere, my flying wasn't much better when i started.
all you are worried about his flying way because he did both thumbs up at end... that make you angry, of course... he was just trying to show how stick works... good video..
Nice landing, but try to land at 130 - 145 knots and that will be perfect! Overspeed can make hard landings you know.. I have the same joystick and I really like it. It's perfect for FSX!
*as he approaches the runway he comes down at a 90 degree angle 50,000 feet over the airport in 3rd person hitting 3g's making the passengers shit themselves*
Horrible approach, honestly. Too High for the landing, flaps and gear were out way Too late and he had to pitch his nose down at the end. Pretty bad m8
this nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooob guy landed with the extreme 3d pro joytick.the joystick must be really good
im not a pro or anything but some advice i would give is not immediately deploying the brakes when the main gear touches down. if you do that in real life, the nose gear with go through undue stress. Then again this is fsx... So whatever lands the plane i guess haha
Help! My thrustmaster T flight stick was fine at first in FSX but when I installed combat simulator I changed the joystick configuration and now the joystick wont even calibrate correctly on FSX. How do I fix this? ( besides buying a new joystick ) I already did a full clean install of FSX but its still the same. Although FSX recognizes the joystick I just wont run it properly. ): Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!
Let me tell you what you did wrong 1. To high for a safe approach 2. Overspending in residential area 3. Not stopping at a parking area, but instead parked in the middle of the runway 4. Let go of controls while still taxiing on runway, then video ended Yes I was this way a long time ago, but now I look back and learned something, just remember these simple tips
I know how to make it's sensitivity on extreme 3d pro joystick going smoothly...First go to settings,go to calibrate, click on calibrate and go settings, reset it to default... and your extreme 3d pro joystick going smoothly :) have a nice flight using extreme 3d pro joystick :)
+ESjuoja53 You mast arm spoilers(full up), and set auto break at the panel(min, med, max), and when you touch down spoilers was full and gear break too, but you need use reverse trust by your hand. Sorry for my crayzy bad eng=)
So funny that you're in so much speed and you put your aircraft in idle in 500feet. But very nice video man. That's what they say all people can learn everytime they fly so keep it up you're just like me before when i started flightsim
Guys, stop being so mean to him. He probably just wants to have fun and show off a new joystick he got. Please don't be so mean
Ljmrules TNT So true these kids think they are so good , so they accuse other people about how bad they are
Like if u agree

YES
I feel really bad for him
Probably a Ryan air pilot.
XDXDXDXD

yeah! he chose the right aircraft for the job. he's probably preparing for ryanair training.

Ryan air is Boeing they have yokes not joysticks

@@liam2303 Thank your thats a nice tip i usealy use ils but for a manaule landing is it heandy to know
I wanna be a pilot
I loved his landing!
Why are ppl so mean to this guy, I mean he’s a normal human like us
True @dyznt
Most importantly, the focus here is the joystick.
It’s true
Damn this guy doesn't know how to fly.
ikr XD
Klown stupid dawn onst
Klown damn

Klown I bet your can't do better.
it is painful when i see people fly fsx in spot view like its a game. soo painful :(
Davon Grant They play it like a game because it is one!

HE'S OVERSPEEDING LIKE 400 KNOTS AND HE'S TRYING TO LAND
why is he not in cockpit view
it's so annoying to look at this

HBSurf ikr he's acting like he's doing a no flap landing or something
He was not in a proper glide and had to force the nose down. Normally he would have to go around.
Lmao
Stop being so mean to him he’s trying so hard
might wanna be a bit softer on the movements
Daniel Meek Gynnild he’s just doing it because he’s filming to look cool
Even though the landing was hard, I appreciate the video and effort you put into it! Very nice
This must be how RyanAir pilots train.
For sure, they train like this
No, Ryanair trains pilots with 737-700. It is the only plane out of 737-800.
Where are the flaps lol?
Mattia Bordoni They are here
are you blind?
i think he is

they're dead
Kasimir Mörö r/cursedcomments
too bad approaches and hard landing
i have been in planes in real life with a harder landing
agreed.
Ur the one who cant spell Two
This is the reason people use simulators, to progressively advance(and have some fun). You don't become a commercial pilot in one day...
if i was a passenger i would be dead at this moment.
I like how he oversteers, completely defeating the purpose of using a full flight stick

How, the landing was pretty bad, and broke like 5 aviation laws, but he tried so I give him some credit
TotaledOrbGaming I don't see how that landing was bad

Why are you oversteering? This seriously completely defeats the purpose of a joystick lmfao.
where are the flaps? Lola
LosPiroManiacos oficial on the wing
Flying Boeing with a joystick. nice
Although it's unrealistic it's pretty cheap and a good experience
kittyninja2000 better than using mouse yoke
kittyninja2000 the boeing 320
kittyninja2000 I like the insult BECAUSE AIRBUS ONLY HAS JOYSTICKS
@onezip don't you get the joke?

I like it but the landing was a bit bumpy and I can do better.
Flying an 737 with joystick!!!
Can someone tell me if this is one of the missions. Or if not how he got to this approach to land? How can I get to this landing situation?
and the pilot hang on a robe behind the plane or what .

Dont yank the joystick everytime you turn... Do it smoothly...
what's with the jerking hand movements?
how do you bind the trigger to the trust reverser?
So funny that you're in so much speed and you put your aircraft in idle in 500feet. But very nice video man. That's what they say all people can learn everytime they fly so keep it up you're just like me before when i started flightsim
What plane is that in fsx
We get it... flight simulator is not this guy’s strong point - just be grateful he made this video for us.
Your PAX will throw up in a heartbit hahaha
You gonna break that stick with movements like that
DefiniteLemon it has resistance so whatever you do (except smashing it with a hammer) it wont break
Owerspeed? Go Around? No i dont to do that
Has anyone noticed that he is using an airbus joystick on a Boeing aircraft?
*its* a joystick
Did you Install the Simulator?
