So while I do not intentionally seek out fitness i do by happenstance combine a fairly healthy diet, and lots of physical, activities, about half of which are outdoors (I own a small lobster boat with a couple hundred traps, and a small sawmill) and according to you I take equivalent steps of about 4-5 of my fellow Americans (avg ~12,000 steps 5-6 miles, @2.8 mph... Only reasonci know that is my plone is always telling me what a good boy i am...)
