I fully agree what an amazing trick best sellers doesn’t make the best knives. Still like your show but not this one. Not one of those knifes are even remotely appealing and para 3 never the para 2 way better. Why they went and make the handle smaller who knows. Anyway my opinion like i said still like your other shows lol
Clearly not the best knifes. These your best selling knives . . . BIG DIFFERENCE! Your so called best knife will be the most affordable and accessible knife. Also your best selling knives should be based on totals sales per week once released so it doesn’t favor those that were on the market for longer.
flythesky3000 You can sell 600 knives, that doesn't mean much really. Just because something looks good or kickass doesnt mean that it is. Not necessarily.
Buck 110. I got one at least :) Edit: Whoa, so #1 is the one on the site when you sort by popular. Holy cow, a freakin' popular sort on a website that works!
Best knife? Probably the Benchmade bugout. Haven't had one myself, but Benchmade knives tent to last the test of time. My dads had his Griptillion for at least around 7 to 10 years. The only Benchmade I've owned thus far has been the SOCP dagger, which I of course, bought from Blade HQ.
Gotta give credit to the Para 3, hadn't even crossed my mind... My first blade I ever bought legally was the Para 2, so Spyderco holds a special place in my heart.
#1 knife of 2017 is a rusty old kitchen shank... oh wait that's the hobos most used knife of 2017😂🤣😂 Wow y'all dodged a bullet with the $10 knife giveaway 😂🤣😂😅😄
I think the Kershaw injection. I got one for my friend and he said he cut himself right after he got it. We used it to open boxes 6 months later during Christmas and I cut myself. So it holds a great edge has a great weight and is made of high quality steel.
Not a great steel, but serviceable. There are plenty better steels out there, but we don't always need them. So, ....choose the steel that suits your uses and your budget.
That Buck 'n others I've seen are switch blades no? Kick it around in the sand. My ol' Unc Henry lb7 is just as purty..smoother too. Heavy arsed knives not using the pouch though. Kinda reminds me of Zippo lighter rash. I got me a Benchmade Griptilian. Very light one hander and never looked back. Best sheathed knife? For me it was deciding the nephs are not worthy of a cherry '68 version of Western Bowie, so I've decided to use it. (-: ~ just messing around on an old post. Have a great autumn guys.
true. I've been drooling over the para 2 LH. I've been getting into butterfly knives because they're ambi by nature but I haven't used one as an edc, more just a less rage-inducing fidget spinner
I am really trying to see the "best of" angle here but you have to admit thet's just a "best sellers" vid; there's no solid arguments (justification as for why it sold that well isn't one) but only bland, "joe-anybody" entry-level knives for most. There's been such great offerings for 2017, I really would've loved to see you guys weigh in on the new iterations of old knives (G10 940 mayhaps?) or gems that went a little bit under the radar or whatever knife you fell in love with! Anyhoo happy new year to e'erybody at BHQ and rock on the excellent work you've got us used to!!!😁
Rafal Gladkowski so you start out by saying there isn't real men in the world and then directly after describe what a real man is in your eyes? Lmao You're a genius! Also I sense there isn't a thing called sarcasm in your world lol...calm down princess it was a joke lol.
I am calm miss Ding :) No worries. It seems like u was pretty damn serious about your statement and now you regret things you said? Hmm... looks childish to me No offence :)
A snowflake would assume what I said was pretty damn serious so no offense taken at all Rafaela ;) I quite enjoyed the laugh I had due to your butthurt 😀
Shout out from 2020! I just finished acid washing my Kershaw Injection 3.0 I bought from you guys in 2017 with techniques learned from your How to Knife vid in early 2020 😎 glad I held on to the Injection
Please just change the heading to BEST SELLING knives of 2017. You did the same thing last year. Makes us think you're going to talk about picks released this year, meanwhile you just list your bestsellers, half of which are knives released and discussed years ago. I don't have a problem with you making a video about your bestsellers, but the title is deceiving.
Here's the true steps in winnin' that #1 knife of 2017: 1.) Pause video 2.) Goto end of video to see what #1 knife truly is 3.) Goto comments & type what ya' "guessed" was the #1 knife, so that ya' could try to win the #1 knife Like really guys?? What was ya' thinkin' when ya' made this contest?? Because I 99.9% guarantee that those that did make it into the contest (& the lucky lad that won the #1 knife) just skipped to end of the video to find out what the #1 knife is, so then they could act like they "guessed" & try to get the #1 knife.
Wow! I wouldn't have said the Kershaw Injection, I would have gone with a Spyderco for sure. Oh well, great vid. thanks guys, keep it up. P.S. Hey Zac, I've been thinking about everybody that's been crabbing on you about your fingernails...and an easy clean-up for them is to get a little nail brush and dip it in vegetable oil and go at them. I'm a Tinker too, so it's a great way to clean up quick, then use a little soap to clean the oil off. CE
Hey Jeff! I've been a sub for quite a while. If at all possible I would love package 3, the Benchmade stuff. I've never had anything from Benchmade. If that's not possible anything would be great.
The Injection was a knife I actually got early on in collecting because it seemed like a great cheap knife that I wouldn't mind carrying and beating up. Back when my 940-2 was a grail knife I was afraid to carry and my Delica was the one I liked to carry when I was being careful. My how things have changed, when the 51 Morpho and ZT 0562cf grace my pockets more often than not
It is interesting to learn that Blue Lube is your top-selling product. Perhaps it would be useful to your audience to post a video overview of your most popular knife oils, greases, and rust-inhibitors. A cohesive primer might help to demystify this deceptively complex, sometimes controversial, commonly misunderstood topic.
I think Zach should really try out the DPX HEST urban. I’d love to see what he thinks of it. You could make it a Zach only video, but Ben could be in there too just because it’s Ben and I’m so happy to see him back at blade hq because Ben is awesome and a big deal on UA-cam. Btw, I’m not surprised that the Kershaw Rexford made number one. It’s the best seller at Walmart too.
I'm looking for a blade that would be useful for everyday carry, textured grip, can hold an edge consistently, good for hunting and whittling with around a 3.5 inch blade that is relatively inexpensive. Any suggestions?
Yoooo bros! Any way you could do a video on best selling Knives broken down by price categories? Ex: $75 and below, $75-150, etc would be fascinating to see data broken down by price points.
I did some research, and based on previous best sellers, I think the best seller is either the Benchmade 940 (I own one myself) due to its amazing quality, performance and durability, or the Kershaw injection due to its price.
Claud2o like they are ever gonna say a knife that doesnt cost over a hundred bucks is in their top knives...even if the carbone no 8 is the sharpest and best knife ive ever owned
i know I'm way too late, but I like to play games. I'm gonna guess the Emerson/Kershaw CQC- 7K. Probably wrong, and people are probably laughing at me right now. Drink beer.
I honestly think the #1 knife is gonna be a kershaw. Just my personal opinion because kershaw is my number one favorite knife company’s out there but I don’t know just my personal opinion
My guess is the CRKT Homefront. My personal knife of 2017 is the good old Spyderco PM2 because I finally managed to buy one last year and I damn love it!
The #1 I think is going to be a Benchmade product, they seem to quality U.S. made knives. Not that the country where the knives are made has any bearing on this list as far as I know.
I want to buy the Kalashnikov Desert Storm can you tell me where to buy it I'm from New Jersey West Orange and another one knife I think is going to be the c o g e what is it that's OG Zero Tolerance makes a wonderful night but I think it's storm the Desert Storm Kalashnikov will be the number one night
Launch 4 is not legal in Connecticut. Has to be under 1.5". Well technically it's legal to own and keep in your home but you can't carry it so basically pointless to own.
Jeez. Looks like I'm the only one who actually followed the directions and paused the video to make my best guess with out any sort of cheating. I deserve one. I was close anyway with at least guessing the brand
They want to make money on sales, so it won't be a high end knife. It's gotta be something that they can sell a lot of, so probably one of those garbage steel Kershaw knives.
The rainbow mermaid is the best knife of 2017 by far
The number 1 knife is blue lube
Griptillian or hogue otf
Wrong. Rainbow Mermaid is the best knife of ALL TIME.
Blade HQ 10000000000% agree...........there needs to be a fixed blade of it so i can feel extra manly when using it
Crooked River
These are not the best knives, but the best selling knives...
Tom Mulders don’t they say that like right away?
Should have mentioned in title, prolly wouldnt have watched
I fully agree what an amazing trick best sellers doesn’t make the best knives. Still like your show but not this one. Not one of those knifes are even remotely appealing and para 3 never the para 2 way better. Why they went and make the handle smaller who knows. Anyway my opinion like i said still like your other shows lol
Shaun Schneeberger para 2 is imo the best edc, would take alot to dethrone it
Tom Mulders exactly, and not just the best selling knives, but at knife hq two pissed me off after watching the whole video
When you guys gonna restock on the paragon warlocks
Countiune missoin brass tagg
Blob 101 yeah the fucks up with that
yes, and some Heckler & Koch (Benchmade) Entourage
9:53 Zac tries to Close the blade same way he opened it
mathias lyngstad 😅 your right
Thought it was an axis lock
The thumbnail is a Bugout but I'm guessing that's a smokescreen. Best of 2017 - Spyderco Para 3
I prefer the boker strike to the kalashnikov
Wow he only took 27 minutes to explain the rules.
Mgrsdgfsd Afsdgrsdgfsdg Hahaha
Clearly not the best knifes. These your best selling knives . . . BIG DIFFERENCE! Your so called best knife will be the most affordable and accessible knife. flythesky3000 You can sell 600 knives, that doesn't mean much really.
Just because something looks good or kickass doesnt mean that it is.
Not necessarily.
They did it there way, get over it.
I hope it's the 0562CF. That's my current favorite in the collection.
OnTheL1ne i had one that had bad heat treat hence the steel performed badly sadly
I hope it's the Spyderco Shaman 😫
You should have said best selling knives I thought it was based on your opinion because of the title.
The best one is one of them
Who decided to reference Neil Breen?!?!?! Give that man or woman a raise!!
it's probably paracord or somethis thats not actully a knife
Bench made "bug out"
Crkt field strip knife. The one that comes apart for easy maintenance
The one you are thinking of is the crkt home front
Benchmade bugout
Are they legal in Canada
Ralph Nugoy Fuck
Cheap and best are not equal
Buck 110. I got one at least :)
Edit: Whoa, so #1 is the one on the site when you sort by popular. Holy cow, a freakin' popular sort on a website that works!
Rich Johnson haha too bad the buck 110 isn’t tactical. I got one too and it’s my second favorite knife.
My money is on the buck 110 auto being #1!
Modern twist on an ageless classic
Bug out by benchmade
Zac looks like he's about to mug me for avocado toast!
I love this shit. amazing editing great to watch. You should do these 2 times a week.
THIS IS A CHRISTIAN SERVER YOU SINNER. Jk
Banchmade 940 is the knife.
940
Kershaw Launch 4, it’s Cali legal so basically legal everywhere. Also everyone loves autos and a nice little useful knife.
Probably like a Kershaw injection or something cheap
Liar
Can't beat that Injection.
Here is a better list of inexpensive blades - iluvknives.com/top-inexpensive-folding-knives/
definitely the buck knife or not automatic buck knife automatic
Kalashnikov. $10 knife well I've said it was the Christmas card from the beginning nife
Taylor Hendrickson
That link lists the Byrd Cara Cara 2.... and you call the list "better"?? LMAOOOOOO. That's a garbage gas station knife.
The Benchmade bug-out
Man y'all are baked

Manix 2XL
Para 3
Did you create a channel just to point at the knife you just said?
#1 knife of 2017 is a rusty old kitchen shank... oh wait that's the hobos most used knife of 2017😂🤣😂
Wow y'all dodged a bullet with the $10 knife giveaway 😂🤣😂😅😄

Battlecrash123 chill bruh. But thanks for the laugh.
I got the spyder co clipitool and it has the same steel. It's a softer steel that won't hold a edge well but, it's easier to sharpen
Kershaw injection haha. Cheat yeah. I’ll go get one now.
Not a great steel, but serviceable. There are plenty better steels out there, but we don't always need them. So, ....choose the steel that suits your uses and your budget.
Prolly still a Chris reeves knife. Wish I could have one of those sabenzas
they are so nice, I'm currently carrying a Small Sebenza Tanto
Onedayilbeok nice I can’t afford one right now. Carrying a razel design by crkt. Cheap but it’s a monster
What happened to Austin
Bring him back
Cameron Wood he left bladehq
Sam .Redmon that's sad
He only left because he moved, it wasn't like a disagreement or anything.
That Buck 'n others I've seen are switch blades no? Kick it around in the sand. My ol' Unc Henry lb7 is just as purty..smoother too. Heavy arsed knives not using the pouch though. Kinda reminds me of Zippo lighter rash.

~ just messing around on an old post.
Have a great autumn guys.
Can you do a video on lefty or left handed friendly knives
^a man with a point. Southpaws need love too
if you live in a state that allows autos, the protech tr3 is a solid choice for a lefty....if not the paramilitary 2 is also made for left handers
true. I've been drooling over the para 2 LH. I've been getting into butterfly knives because they're ambi by nature but I haven't used one as an edc, more just a less rage-inducing fidget spinner
I love my RAT II. Smoothest knife I've bought for under $200
spyderco
Benchmade cut up guns so I’m not interested in videos about benchmade anymore
Para 3?
I am really trying to see the "best of" angle here but you have to admit thet's just a "best sellers" vid; there's no solid arguments (justification as for why it sold that well isn't one) but only bland, "joe-anybody" entry-level knives for most.

Real men carry fixed blade.
Rafal Gladkowski so you start out by saying there isn't real men in the world and then directly after describe what a real man is in your eyes? Lmao You're a genius! Also I sense there isn't a thing called sarcasm in your world lol...calm down princess it was a joke lol.

Greetings to your boyfriend :)
Rafal Gladkowski that comeback was weak af. #raFAIL

Drink beer.
Blade HQ way over priced . Check Amazon before you make your decision to purchase from Blade Hq you’ll save at least %50 off blade Hq prices!!
Hey guys, if you're reading this....your subtitles always covers the knife you're reviewing and it's frustrating!
Wow $10 you lucky Americans. In Canada $10 won't even buy a decent meal. The knife markup in Canada is ridiculous too.
I’m gonna guess benchmade mini griptilian or north fork. Or kershaw launch or kershaw injection
Don't worry guys. If u don't want to have a Kershaw as the top, maybye u could put a benchmade on sale at 10 dollars *hint hint*
I paused the video.....I obviously went below.....and I guess this counts as a comment. Now I just have to wait till the end!
Glad my Buck110-Auto made the list . I got from you guys. Knife is prefect. Lived with and carried the standard for a dozen years, what a treat.
The injection by kershaw. Most ridiculously underpriced knife on the market and it's the first knife that pops up on your website when I go on.
Lol. Knives of Walmart review. Can't believe you said spider co.. 😂
Spyderco delica, even though it’s not really from 2017
The #1 I think is going to be a Benchmade product, they seem to quality U.S. made knives.
CRKT Squid, or Kershaw Injection, because both are cheap but very good knives for the price.
I’m still an ESEE fanboy. But perhaps the Fallkniven A1 Survival Knife is the #1.
Zt 0850? It's a special knife zero tolerance brought back to life. Has a good story and a beautiful form
Launch 4 is not legal in Connecticut. Has to be under 1.5". Well technically it's legal to own and keep in your home but you can't carry it so basically pointless to own.
Didn't guess that knife but I've bought multiple for myself. And I always end up giving it away to a friend to spark their knife love
Jeez. Looks like I'm the only one who actually followed the directions and paused the video to make my best guess with out any sort of cheating. I deserve one. I was close anyway with at least guessing the brand
The Spyderco Shaman was a good one. Shout out to the Viper Fortis too. IMO, one of the best looking knives I've ever seen.
Should have been titled best sales numbers of 2017 definitely not the best knives of 2017
I got the Kershaw Injection 3.0 and have problems with Open the knife with one hand, but a good knife.
I'm guessing the #1 knife is probably a Kershaw. They always have the best "bang for your buck"
Benchmade mini griptillian. Only because is all I've carried in 2017!
I want to say the Para 3 but if you’re going by overall sales numbers, it’s probably a sub $30 knife with 8cr13mov blade steel
Lame top 7. Basically the cheapest top 7 instead of the 'best'? I wouldn't own one of these. I would dump these and get some Cold Steel.
Any one of the böker pluses and I love it. I have the automat kalashnikov. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was at the top!
Kershaw injection please please please please please please please please please
Para 3!!!! Maybe... honorable mention to the Benchmade bugout fo sho
Wow. I hate the injection and I’m really sad it is number one. First BHQ video I disliked
Wait the Blue Lube is a KNIFE accessory?!
This is a company to be very wary off there customer support and service is pretty poor WATCH OUT
The guy on the right looks like every parasitic transplant resident that's moved to Oregon in the last 15 years...
It should be lionstel sr11 superb sr1 version. Classic plus modern design. All in all knive. Chears.
The injection maybe? Or something spyderco and Kershaw
benchmade, the one that needs a fucking Samurai master to sharpen their over-fucking- priced crap.
You guys should get a special edition benchmade 940. Bet it would make your top seller list
Bench made knives are just a step above the other larger companies. Quality over quantity
Spyderco Paramilitary 3, but the knife that I like the most from this year is the Schrade Viper
They want to make money on sales, so it won't be a high end knife. It's gotta be something that they can sell a lot of, so probably one of those garbage steel Kershaw knives.
Morakniv bushcraft Black carbon or leatherman C33X crater
Doller knife at the flea market
