It is time Black people stand on their own feet ,and stop looking to join any organization to feel accepted on the World stage, after all if Africans do their Research they will see their history and ancient history and civilizations is what the West stole and built their civilizations on.
As a motswana I am near tears, that's so touching! This platform is one good initiatve towards the coordination of good politics! We dont play dirty,we dominate well and peacefully.God blessAfrica!
I do not support the UDC, but with Gaolathe as the vice president, im all for it. I actually read the UDC manifesto, and i could swear that thing was written by Gaolathe, it has the main talking points from his 2019 campaign, not to mention it is more realistic than previous pitches by the UDC. So a go berekwe re bone gore opposition ere tshwaretse eng, i just hope they realize they are not opposition anymore. Thanks LORATO TV, wa re tsamaela ntwana.
Thank you for the opportunity to what you just said most Africans need to learn from Botswana this is the right time for the Youth to stand up for their rights I'm so much happy for Botswana
I never had the opportunity, of been taught by the great Ghanaians who educated my brothers and sisters before me. But I can tell you the brotherhood between Ghana and Botswana goes on today. Ghanaians deserve a monument in the capital city; I want to make a special thanks to my most favorite Ghanaian nationals who molded me, Raymond Suglo (Mining and Geological Engineering Dean), Jerome Yendaw (thesis supervisor BIUST), Amoussou C. Adoko (BIUST) and the one gentleman who's name I can't remember (Barminco in KCM).
if you listen to the Botswana national anthem you will learn of the norms and values that make the people and the country soo perfect if you dont understand Setswana there is also a translation of the anthem.Batswana live of the national anthem if you come to think of it💙💙💙💙💙💙
This is a beautiful example of what we as Africans can do if we make a commitment to uplift our brothers and sisters and stop the selfish corruption. "Make Africa Great Again" 👏🏼
Current affairs is such an important part of one's life. You can't go on living ignorant of what is going on in the world. History is an important aspect of our lives. So I really love these kinds of discussions. There is so much to learn for direction
For me President Boko is parallel with President Treore they both think for their people first and then the Country, Also the new youngest African President of Senegal we must remember the others also and we must remember they also set the pace for Africa ,🎉congrats to Botswana.
Remember Lesego Chombo, the current Miss World Africa? She is member of parliament, as of today. Specially Elected Member of Parliament She is 26 years old🥺❤️🇧🇼
Indeed VIVA Botswana and I have to mention something that needs saying. I listened to an excellent political analysis done on another you tube channel and the commentators mentioned that Batswana soured quickly on Masisi because of a reputation of becoming a two faced liar and his growing closeness to the corrupt political elite in Zimbabwe. This is anathema in Batswana culture i.e. a reputation for dishonesty. Let that sink in for other Africans who have normalized and tolerated mediocrity. The fact that in Botswana having this caliber of politician stood out like a sore thumb proves PEOPLE GET THE LEADERS THEY DESERVE.
Actually the former president said that he has been president for 6 and half years, and that it would not be proper to stand for elections in 2029 because that would mean being president for only 3 and a half years. The constitutional provision of maximum 10 years would allow him only 3 and a half. Former presidents Mogae, Khama and Masisi took up the office one and a half years before the General elections, so there was no alignment of terms of the president and the General Assembly.
The Owners of the party said she is strategically nominated to fulfil a miscellaneous role quote " Kemi badenoch HAS A BIG TASK AHEAD" So is ecoWAS ,Ltn. Gen Langley, Linda greenfield, kofi anan.....We say congratulations with a caution KNOWING EXACTLY WHAT EXCITES CERTAIN MINDS !!!! 🤔🤔🤔😰
Now that Boko is president, do you think Botswana will finally join BRICS?
Unlikely. Brics is politically unworkable.

The most corrupt president we ever had. A lot to unpack there
