That is the most intelligent, honest discussion I have seen on mainstream tv for a long time. I have particularly admired Col. Macgregor for a long time but I doubt he will have more exposure to the UK public on other channels because other channels are not interested in the truth! Oh for heaven's sake, which predictions about Ukraine has he been right about? The complete defeat he claimed in the first week or so? The multiple times he's said they have been "annihilated"? The imminent "sweep" of a supposedly unbeatable Russian army to wherever they want to go, Poland, Odessa, etc - all the places they still haven't invaded with "ease". You must be desperate to listen and never see how empty and quite wrong he has been up to now
The best of GB News is a Rarity, but the Presentation, and Content of this Analysis is Excellent, beyond all exception; Dr Neil Oliver is an Archaeologist, and Historian, who has a broad range of perspectives on the development of societies 💯%. Colonel Douglas MacGregor is a remarkably well informed Analyst of Military Strategic Matters. I am not familiar with the other two, but I am impressed with their insights.

My point is that from a factual point of view Magregor is a disaster who has a following only explained by certain people being desperate for what they see as "validation" from someone they think has credibility, but any reasonably close scrutiny of Magregor's record after the Gulf War and certainly everything he has said about Ukraine is easily seen to be garbage. None of his predictions have been fulfilled up to now, well over a year of false claims later, and his gushing love of Putin is frankly more than a little odd and not at all based in reality. If you don't know any of that then please check because it's all very visible online to anyone who bothers to check him out.

Col. McGregor has been supplying excellent info and analysis on Ukraine. He has become an extremely useful source. I'm very glad to see him getting broader exposure on UK media. This is a soldier who knows what war really is. Our government would do well to heed him. We are governed by nincompoops who live in a dim-witted fantasy about where all this going.
No argument about the last point, but this "Macgregor knows what he is talking about" is nonsense. Look at the detail of his "predictions" with an open mind. He has been consistently and often spectacularly wrong since it started. His record in government is poor at best and while I acknowledge his service, he was one of thousands who served and attracted some questions according to much that I've read.

Judging Freedom and Redacted are good channels for getting a decent conversation with interesting people such as the Colonel .

Nearly everything I’ve been observing from pundits, commentators, and journalists let along politicians, has sounded emotionally deranged and focused on “who is right, who has the biggest grievance” like it’s just yet another round of the oppression Olympics instead of stepping back and looking at the entirety of the landscape. This felt coherent and productive.

I can't believe I just watched an intelligent analytical interview on Brithish TV. That would give you hope. Congratulations GBN. Thank you. Bravo Neil, l watch Colonel Douglas MacGregor daily on various YT podcasts, he is a brilliant analyst, his knowledge on Ukraine and Israel is second to none, he speaks truth and is a great humanitarian.
MacGregor is dead wrong. It’s because of naive thinking like his that has brought the west down to its knees. Basically having a policy of closing one’s eyes and hoping everything just goes away won’t solve anything.
The West needs to either accept that they are in the process of transitioning from Western 1st world countries to Islamic 2nd world nations or push back. Accept the lefts push for multiculturalism has failed to their detriment and adopt a policy of peace through strength.

The W.E.F. claims a sustainable world population between 2 and 3 billion. You can Google a sustainable population for the UK at 20 million. You have to understand the W.E.F. to make sense of this. Donald Trump should have Douglas Macgregor as his vice president in the next election. Israel should live side by side with the Palestinians, the Holy Land can be shared with all religions and enjoy. The world would then unite and share technology to cure diseases like cancer, and other diseases rather than military weapons. God wants man to live side by side, and we can do this if we work together as one.
