Ive been searching for the car ever since. Even if I can’t buy it, I just want to touch it and sit in it. I daily drive a 2002 Mustang GT. Not the fastest but it’s mine and all three of my boys grew up riding in the back seat. Driving the car right now, pulled over writing of course. Godspeed

This video influenced my decision to pick up a GT350. Thank you. When I started the GT350 ignition for the very first time during test drive, my 11 year old son's face lit up like I've never seen. We bought that car and since that day the GT350 has been "our car". We never get tired of that voodoo screaming! Every time we take it for a spin, we're making memories. Eventually we had an opportunity to trade the GT350 in for a new Mach 1 and my son and I both agreed, no way can we get rid of the Cobra. No way. :)
it is. No other mustangs have gotten the same accolades this one has. Anyone that hasnt driven one don't know why the press rank it in the top 20 cars of all time. The ONLY ford products that have made that list are this 350 and the 60's 350. Not gt500 not GT no other ford product
What a great video and story! In another month I will have owned my 2017 GT 350 4 years. Just got back from trailering it 1200 miles to run canyon roads in Colorado while on vacation. When I went to buy my car new the sales person asked if I wanted to start it or take it out of the show room for a test drive. I told her no I’ve been waiting over 40 years for Ford to build this car ,I’ll take it without driving it. She said she thought that was so cool. My 350 makes me smile every time I drive it and trust me it always gets revved to the redline at least once or twice!!

That's a beautiful place to make a video. The voodoo motor sound is intoxicating. If you close your eyes and listen, you hear an angry male lion. Ford has the perfect left right combo with the coyote and voodoo motor. They are both amazing motors.
It’s such a special car. And that exhaust note is so unique. When it first came out I had the opportunity to drive one and it totally changed my view on Ford. They have really turned a corner over the past few years and have come out with some of the most hardcore cars in their class out there (referring to the Raptor, Focus RS (which I currently own), GT350 and Ford GT).
The GT350R Ford did such a great job with the GT350. Definitely one of their best cars they’ve ever produced. The sound is absolutely insane, the driving experience is world class and the styling is spot on 👌🏼
I brought my 350 from the US to Europe- Ive been lucky to experience bothe the Californian canyon and the Autobahn in Germany with it. It is a truly special car ❤ I never wanna sell it!

I own a 2016 gt350 same color and stripe. For the 1st time ever I do not listen to the stereo in the car. Just roll down the windows and enjoy that sweet sound. Car is a basically a street legal race car. Love it
I'm hoping that one day I'll be able to own a GT350R myself... triple yellow, black stripes, black roof would be my dream spec! Funny i came across this video. I wanted a 350 for the longest and would watch this video on occasion. Well, I finally have one. 2019 GT350 in Performance Blue. Ive owned Mustangs since I was 17 (30 now) and to me mustangs were always just good cheap bang for the buck straight line cars. My 350 has really enabled my appreciation for ride quality, handling, interior etc… Its dynamically so different than a GT, there’s so much soul on a 350. Not the fastest thing ever, but as you mentioned there’s just something about it that makes it very special to drive! Great video man!

@@dropclock. To be 100% honest the GT350 is the better drivers car. Just can’t beat a flat plane, 8200 RPM, manual car in that sense. But if you want reliable and wicked fast performance the GT500 is it. I usually go to car events and do mostly highway rolling stuff with my friends so the 500 suited me better.
As a 2020 GT500 owner I can say the GT350R has not only my respect but my admiration😍 I think the car is the ultimate enthusiast vehicle. You can be a Ferrari, lamborghini, chevy or dodge fan, but you can't argue the gt350r is anything else but a masterpiece. With that said the GT500 is a totally different take on a track mustang. I didnt honestly get mine to track it though, i got it to daily drive it through florida...and then about twice a year take it to the track🤣 don't worry, i drive it like a psychopath so its certainly being pushed. I can promise you the DCT transmission, the 16 inch brembos and magneride make the 4180 pound monster feel like a god damn exotic in every darn way, hiding most of its weight with ease. Theres nothing more satisfying then getting behind the wheel of a car with so much history. A legacy thousands of shelby owners are part of. A car thats truly special to own.

You know I was actually waiting quite a while for the 2020 GT500 and was really excited for it. And to keep myself busy I watched vids of the GT350/350R and now that the GT500 is finally out I realize that the GT350 is the true gem and definitely my favourite modern Mustang.
My grandson that lives with us told me after he got home from the bus. He said “Grandpa I got a funny story for you…with a big smile you know this morning I was waiting for the bus and you was on your way to work, I heard your 350R start up and immediately the kids was starting to run home and I said hey where ya going they said “you don’t hear that thunder, we have to get our umbrella.” Then I told them “that’s my Granpa’s Cobra 350R starting up he is on his way to work. They said WOW that car sounds like thunder. Then another kid 2 minutes later showed at the bus stop with an Umbrella and asking us how come we don’t have and umbrella.. he said “I stepped out of my house I heard a thunder and I went back inside to get my umbrella and my mom said there is no rain this week.” But I still took my umbrella ☂ we all started laughing at the bus stop. 😂😂😂
Carlos, amazing story. As a fellow 350R owner this is why we need to take these cars out on the road and drive them as much as possible. In the late 80s I got the privilege as a 12yr old boy to get a ride in my Uncles 1969 Mach 1 with a Cobra Jet engine. From that point on, I was a car guy. I hope we all can give that same experience to inspire the next generation.

They are such great cars (mind you, I’m not the owner just the guy behind the camera). After driving a GT350 a few years ago it totally changed my perspective of Ford. They have really turned a corner in terms of styling and quality, it’s great to see. I even went and bought myself a Focus RS two years ago.
Nice vid and story. I’m the opposite. I grew up in a Ford family. Lots of Mustangs. 66-68 for the most part. Heavily into muscle cars and even JDM. I never imagined owning a Ferrari growing up as a kid. Now I have one. 😂 Love the GT350R. 👍

I own the 2019 Bullitt, which also has a very cool sound and look ...understand how you feel! Sometimes I get the feeling I need to trade for a GT350 but my wife would kill me. Lose too much money trading for new one and I still love my Bullitt. Bullitt costs $50 and GT350 is about $65. My car plus $30k on trade for 2020 GT350??? !!
I would rather a Bullitt than a 350 any day of the week and twice on a Sunday. More history, more character, and IMHO much better vocals than the 350. Bullitt ftw. You don't appreciate what an awesome vehicle you have!

I always used to talk bad about mustangs... and then I bought a 2018 GT PP1.. best car I've owned so far.. incredible engine and driving feel. The GT350 is just that much more! Ford really stepped their game up these last few years. Best sounding V8's #1 shelby #2 coyote

They are such great cars (mind you, I’m not the owner just the guy behind the camera). After driving a GT350 a few years ago it totally changed my perspective of Ford. They have really turned a corner in terms of styling and quality, it’s great to see. I even went and bought myself a Focus RS two years ago.

Nice vid and story. I’m the opposite. I grew up in a Ford family. Lots of Mustangs. 66-68 for the most part. Heavily into muscle cars and even JDM.
I never imagined owning a Ferrari growing up as a kid. Now I have one. 😂

Really great video and beautiful car! Love the sound of engine/exhaust and color combination. Scenery was beautiful too. Driving on those roads very nice and great fun and without traffic! I own the 2019 Bullitt, which also has a very cool sound and look ...understand how you feel! Sometimes I get the feeling I need to trade for a GT350 but my wife would kill me. Lose too much money trading for new one and I still love my Bullitt. Bullitt costs $50 and GT350 is about $65. My car plus $30k on trade for 2020 GT350??? !!

I would rather a Bullitt than a 350 any day of the week and twice on a Sunday. More history, more character, and IMHO much better vocals than the 350. Bullitt ftw. You don't appreciate what an awesome vehicle you have!
