Hi Brian. I just bought a 2022 Toyota Tacoma used. I want to activate the WiFi and I cannot. What is the way to acctivate it if previous owner is still registered
I've had my 2021 Tacoma Sport for a year now. Love it! except for three major (to me) issues. 1) Have not been able to figure out how to change vehicle preferences from either screen. i.e. locks driver only or all four doors, lights on or off after shut off after shut off, radio on or off after shut off truck, etc. Where would I find that menu? 2) and probably my biggest complaint about Toyota (not just my truck)The front camera is partially ghosted out with the triangle shape. Please please do not tell me it's Toyota's idea of a safety feature because using the camera with the ghost is NOT safe. Forums are buzzing about this very same thing. I use the front camera to avoid hitting something when parking and it's useless for that. I love the 360 view for parking (it does not show the triangle) BUT, why can't I make that section a larger part of the screen? (again not safe when using it) 3) My head unit screen (toyota factory installed) washes out on a sunny day. I can hardly see it. I have tried adjusting setting for brightness and it doesn't help, at all. Again, a washed out screen is NOT safe especially when using navigation. I had a 2019 tacoma offroad and the head unit was bright during the day and did not wash out on a sunny day. Thanks for listening, loved your video!
Hey thanks for watching and for the feedback. I agree with your points of view. I do not have an answer for the camera I think it’s just design that needs improvement.

Is it possible to adjust the volume of my Apple Maps directions when using CarPlay? If I have music playing the directions are not loud enough to hear and the music doesn’t soften to hear the directions either.
Using Android auto w/bluetooth - When I start my truck, I have to press the play button for the music to start playing again, is this normal? ( 2020 Sport )
Yes because you’re basically confusing the truck by having it plugged in and Bluetooth. For faster music startup, simply use the android auto music source instead of Bluetooth music source and it should start up automatically every time you plug it in for android auto.
This is a tough one. The only thing you can really do is turn your headlights on, then go to: Menu>setup>display>general>brightness (Then turn up the brightness) I suspect you’re asking this because you like to drive All lights on, all the time? (It dims to help night vision) Please be advised you have daytime running lights in the front, so essentially you have the important lighting for safety so you don’t have to turn headlights on during day.
