My last video really made me realise something...i should just do it. I wrote an awful lot in the bio and i thought, let's actually put a video out there then. More is coming i hope.
i watch this because i find myself ugly, no one thinks how i think. you can give me 1000 compliments, yet the idea of how I see myself will not ease. Sometimes I cry for days and I don't dare to go out, I don't dare to date, I feel inferior. it hurts and nobody understands me

I would say im a 8-10 based on people's reaction (yes also girls) im 22 years old as wel.. If you get some cool clothes and get a haircut you would look at least at least 7/10. Your eyes are good. Your eyebrows are prominent. I mean bro... How are you gonna look back at yourself in 10 years. Im not joking. The regret will HAUNT you. Ive had terrible BDD as well. And god you will regret it. Being/feeling confident is more important than anything else in life, in terms of how you feel and how others feel when they are around you, so a focus on thought and action framings that build your internal confidence is very helpful. Like for example I personally don't shave/trim my facial hair and shower because it potentially looks good to others, I do it so that I feel slightly different, more self cared for. This creates feelings of self worth and allows for feeling more confident. When I feel internally confident I act with more levity and more freedom whether socialising, working, or relaxing. I have also felt many of the ways of how you are expressing feeling in this video. In my experience, the way you frame your experiences matters more than anything else. Experimenting with allowing yourself to feel differently can let you interact with yourself and others in new ways you might find more ideal. There are so many people and all types and kinds. Like for example, you talk in this video about feeling self conscious about appearing pale skinned. I personally have known some women who specifically like the aesthetic of paleness, and don't associate it with being unhealthy or being inside a lot. Imo the status quo of average opinions is not an ideal way to filter your perception of yourself. It's highly likely hardly anyone is thinking what we think they are thinking. Assuming everyone is running status quo judgements and perceptions builds an unnecessarily prerestricted experience. Hope this message is helpful in some way, I also just wanted to let you know that I hear you and the type of experience you are describing is not abnormal or unchangeable. Also that everyone is literally always fine just the way they are, oftentimes many just haven't found ideal contexts to experience their inherent value directly, I know it personally took me many years to learn about all this and start applying it

Mate have you spoke to anyone about body dismorphoa? My therapist diagnosed me with it.. I feel ugly also but get told the oppose quite often.. its horrible to live with that perception.. your not an ugly fella at all.

Im not saying you have it as well as Im not in a position to, but if you feel like your low self image is ruining your quality of your life and your relationships ie especially when you said not leaving the house. If it makes you feel any better, your redeeming qualities are you face complexing, your clear skin, your eyes, your eyebrows and your beard grows nice. You are very lucky to have clear skin, I envy that a lot. Growing up with acne scars and all that has ultimately gave me a ugly and impulsive outlook on life. In my opinion, you can improve your looks, in particular, dramatically if you were to wear your hair different or grow it out a little. Take my advice, I do everything to not make my face stand out.
I did not notice a lisp until he said he had one. He is going and quite cute. His voice is nice, deep tonally, and British! When I was young I thought I was ugly. It gets bad later in life.

I wish I could say the intent was for people to compliment me and make me feel better but it wasn't. I hope if you read a few of my other replies it might help clarify how I feel and why I uploaded this, I watched it back a few times but generally hate watching it back nowadays, it was a difficulty place I was in at the time I guess and despite not getting any outside help, I'm in a better state of mind currently.
