•4 bread buns
•100 grams mayonnaise
•1 small jar pickled capers
•1 can tuna (in own juice)
•1 teaspoon mustard
•½ lemon
•Olive oil & balsamic vinegar
•Leaf salad for serving
•1 beef tomato
•¼ cucumber
•Salt & pepper
•Oil for frying
