Hey Amy. Spent the day with my grandchildren in Pa on Sunday so I’m late. Nice front bedroom with closeted en-suite. The office had a closet too? So could be a bedroom too. Cool 😎. Fantastic laundry 🧺 room. Counter/sink/cabinetry. Lovely staging. Big kitchen/pantry and love a gas community. Great backyard. Good size primary. 2 closets. Love pocket doors. You are right. Never saw a laundry 🧺 door pass through in a 1- level ; usually the Shute in a 2-story. Another lovely 55+. Thanks for sharing.

Yes… 55+ can be expensive, but most guard gated communities with lots of amenities are pricey
