That's the thing... they are not really a luxury builder! BUT I think this model shows some great ways to make their plans look and feel like custom homes!

Hey Amy. Nice open entry. 3800 sq ft? Large indeed. Lovely dining. Love the server and shelving but it’s a No for the mirror. Just the thought of the cleaning😂. Ok. 1/2 bath , garage and love the wine 🍷 room. Large open living/kitchen and butlers pantry and large breakfast nook. Double sliders to covered lanai. Private primary entry. His/her closets. Lovely en-suite. Yesssss Amy. Frost the shower window. Don’t need the peekaboo 😂 or the tub. The loft is large and lovely. Would leave it communal. The workspace. 🙌🏼. The open to below view is 🙌🏼. Laundry 🙌🏼. But needs a sink unless I couldn’t see it in the corner. Spacious bedrooms and baths. Would squeeze in a 1/2 bath for loft guests if possible. Lovely home Amy. Showing you the backyard of THIS particular model wouldn't make much difference. What space and view you had from the back yard would depend on which lot you chose to build on (or buy on). Generally homesites in this area are 50-60' wide and 120' deep. So with a two story home you are generally going to get a dog-friendly backyard. Sometimes with a one story plan the backyard is smaller because one story homes have a larger footprint.
Wow, what a showpiece! I keep going back and replaying the living room area, so much to take in! And let’s go for the unfrosted viewing window in the MBR shower! Appreciate you and Eric doing these videos!

Amy do you happen to know if the builder “CalAtlantic” I believe is now Joined with Lennar (if I’m not mistaken) are they building anymore Custom homes like the Mansfield and Lucerne Models in the central Florida area as they did in the Water Side community?
So... First CalAtlantic merged with Standard Pacific... which then merged with Lennar. This happened a few years ago. They have become much more of a production style builder. Candidly, with all of the mergers, their processes became a little strained and we hope they get their footing back soon! I'm not aware of ANY Lennar communities that are building homes like the Lucerne and Mansfield anymore. There are some builders like Toll Brothers who are building similar plans these days, but Lennar does not.
