Not sure if you guys gives a shit but if you guys are stoned like me atm you can stream pretty much all the latest series on Instaflixxer. I've been binge watching with my girlfriend these days xD
Sir, you do fantastic work. I've been watching your videos on machining and casting, and I'm floored with how easy you make it look! I was a machinist apprentice for a while, and while I deeply respect my former mentor, you could have taught him a good bit! Thanks for sharing this, it makes me want to get back into the trade :)
My deepest regret in life, was being a salesman, and not a maestro in mechanical music. Your intimacy, familiarity with all things metal is a delight to watch. I admire and thank you for your sharing. As an old man, not so good with clumsy hands, I envy your talent.
WOW!!! Have admired your work since the first video I watched, but this video blew me away a few notches over how much the other ones have blown me away. FANTASTIC!!!
I thoroughly enjoyed watching your excellent craftsmanship in this top-quality video! Thank you very much for putting in so much time to record and annotate every step!
Such a precious little thing. Really nice execution. Nice tip with the glass, i've been looking for suitable tubes for some of my projects, it's amazing how one can overlook such an obvious source for calibrated glass.
Beautiful work and a beautiful result! I'm very new to turning on a metal lathe...still working on my second project. Your videos, especially this one, are a treasure trove of ideas and demonstrations of how it is done. Thank you! -- Mike
Another excellent video. I thoroughly enjoy watching your videos, the lathework ones especially. That Myford is a capable machine, and your comfort and confidence with it is obvious. I haven't done any metal casting yet, but your casting videos inspire me to try!
Well all I can say is another successfully video done by myfordboy. Well done my friend I really enjoying watching your video & your a master of making things. Grab a drink & cheers to you!
Really impressed, particularly on the use of hex and square collet methods! The typo corrector fluid was a new one too! First rate video as always. Many thanks for sharing.
excellent video and good timing. Both the drip oilers on my recently acquired ML-7 need total rebuilds or replacement due to major leakage and now after watching your video I can either make new ones or remanufacture the originals. Thanks for all the great videos. I pick up new tricks each time I watch one! Cheers Gerald
Love use of the hex and square collet holders for indexing, brilliant. One question was the hole in the needle handle a bit too close to centre to actually fully open and close the valve?
I enjoyed that and its a nice project just got to get my self a milling machine well it is nearly Christmas I have a Raglan 5 lathe and I think your mill is a Raglan
Builders tip: Vap shops have replacement glass tubes like used here and even smaller for cheap as many are old stock not used anymore. My brother gave me a whole bag of them.. Happy building
The construction of this is very similar to the Genesis style rebuildable atomiser used in high end E-cigs. you should consider making a custom design of one of these, enthusiasts pay a lot for custom hardware!
The chuck is ER32 similar to this one. www.banggood.com/custlink/DvKRdwcRjY I bought a unmachined backplate the fitted my lathe and fitted the chuck to it.
Superbe réalisation! Merci beaucoup de nous avoir montré ce développement artisanal. Je crois que c'est ce genre de travail que nous cherchons à développer. Pourquoi utiliser vous une barre hexagonale en lieu et place d'un barre ronde ? Reverso traduction Magnificent realization! Thank you very much to have shown us this craft(home-made) development. I believe that it is this kind of work for which we try to develop. Why to use you a hexagonal rod instead of one round rod? BTW: Thanks for your presentation. It's clear, neat and descriptive.
correction fluid ; brilliant Excellent vidio, I love "when you go right along with things" Now I'll be on the hunt for maybe 2" glass we have brass stock that big. you deserve the award of the month ! thanks sam
I can see that collets are very useful for lathe work. Did you make the collet adapter that is shown in this video? If so, is there video showing how you made it? Thanks for all your efforts!
My collet chuck is made up of a chuck backplate which was bought with a thread to suit my lathe and has backplate mounted collet chuck screwed to it. sorry no video.
Is there an oil I can use that is more accessible, IE car engine oil or automatic transmission oil for my oilers. I own a 1964 Myford ML7 and after 12 years almost ready to start up. Out in the sticks of Canada the price for purchase and shipping is high for a small quantity. Thank you. PS nice work.
Beautiful work. I have a set of square and hex collet blocks, but I use them in my vise. Is there a particular reason you use the jig shown in the video rather than a vise?
One can learn so many new and old tricks from watching only one of your videos. Thank you for your efforts. It's also a pleasure to watch you work.
Not sure if you guys gives a shit but if you guys are stoned like me atm you can stream pretty much all the latest series on Instaflixxer. I've been binge watching with my girlfriend these days xD
@Boden Edward definitely, been using instaflixxer for since december myself :D
I wish you lived next door or near me so I could have something machined quick - you never cease to amaze me.

This isn't just machining, it's a work of art.

Correction fluid to protect the threads....That's worth the price of admission right there! I am in awe, as usual.
Really nice piece of handcraft, love that you explain in detail through your steps.
You sir, are a brilliant machinist. Thanks for sharing your craft with all of us.
Real craftsmanship. Love your projects
That is a nice oiler. I admire your patience, your are a real artisan.
Brilliant work! Thank you for inspiring us to get back into the shop!

Far better than the ones Myford are currently selling. I bought two to find they don't drip but simply leak down the side of the viewing glass.
Another excellent video. I thoroughly enjoy watching your videos, the lathework ones especially. That Myford is a capable machine, and your comfort and confidence with it is obvious. I haven't done any metal casting yet, but your casting videos inspire me to try!

Never seen the square and hexagon holders for cutting flats on a lathe before. Very nice.
Really impressed, particularly on the use of hex and square collet methods! The typo corrector fluid was a new one too! First rate video as always. Many thanks for sharing.
love your projects and your craftsmanship
It's ... it's ... it's just awesome!
As usual, without saying a single word, but a wonderful result of the work!
excellent video and good timing. Thanks for all the great videos. I pick up new tricks each time I watch one! Cheers Gerald
very nicely done. Never saw the 'white out' protection trick before.
Beautifully made and very stylish. When my lathe skills improve I would love to make a set for my vintage lathe
Sweet. I love seeing things made in miniature
What a beautiful peace of craftsmanship :)
Thanks for all your videos, the way you show how you work is so interesting, sorry I do not have a good english.
Thank you very much for sharing.
Great work! Lot of engineering in this little piece!
Very fine work. Love your videos. Thanks for all the time I know it takes to produce them.
excellent workmanship, thanks for posting this.
Love use of the hex and square collet holders for indexing, brilliant. One question was the hole in the needle handle a bit too close to centre to actually fully open and close the valve?
Seems to work OK as it is but could easily be altered.
Very interesting to see correction fluid being used on the threads. Never heard of that.
nice work, you make it all look easy
amazing. Thankyou for showing!
Thank you for an excellent video. As always.
I enjoyed that and its a nice project just got to get my self a milling machine well it is nearly Christmas I have a Raglan 5 lathe and I think your mill is a Raglan
lovely piece of work
Very nice work! I enjoyed this very much. Thank you!
You are brill. Fantastic piece of work
Fantastic work! Simply the best! Thanks for sharing..:)
This is so much better than watching a goldfish swim around in it's bowl.... but it has the same hypnotising effect.
Great Video, Very Useful Part for Restorers
Hi !
Wav, a really nice piece - a master piece !
Brilliant. I keep watching these vids haha. Cheers!
Great work. ✔️💯🏆
Thanks so much for sharing. 😉👌🏼
Very nice project. You're a master! Take care, be safe!
OUTSTANDING work my friend. Watchmaker quality all the way. -Even my eyes my eyes are not that good, let alone my skills.

Great video. Thank you for the effort to make this
Amazing work!!! I'm speechless.
excellent work, very inspiring
A true master! Thank you for an interesting video!
super pomysł z tym szkłem na smarownice
similar to those of my MyFord ML7, now he'll break them build me alone! thank you!
Builders tip: Vap shops have replacement glass tubes like used here and even smaller for cheap as many are old stock not used anymore. My brother gave me a whole bag of them.. Happy building
wow, excellent work!! thanks for sharing.
great video and ive learned a few tricks how to machine small parts, you need a vice though for the hex collet block ;)
Wonderful! Love the design. Also, 10BA, that's getting quite tiny there!
I learned a lot from this video! Ty
nice job ,very cool . i like it .what to make one now...
Beautiful work.
Es usted todo un genio.
Very nice. What make is your ER collet chuck/ collet set?
Thank you
very nicely done.
The construction of this is very similar to the Genesis style rebuildable atomiser used in high end E-cigs. you should consider making a custom design of one of these, enthusiasts pay a lot for custom hardware!
Great video as always. Could I ask what type of collet chuck you use please
The chuck is ER32 similar to this one. www.banggood.com/custlink/DvKRdwcRjY
I bought a unmachined backplate the fitted my lathe and fitted the chuck to it.
This is easy when one has shop equipment like this individual does. Try making it without all the fancy equipment.
Nice work very enjoyable video
Wow, what a great video.

BTW: Thanks for your presentation. It's clear, neat and descriptive.
I did not have round rod large enough but had an off cut of hex.
correction fluid ; brilliant Excellent vidio, I love "when you go right along with things"
Now I'll be on the hunt for maybe 2" glass we have brass stock that big. you deserve the award of the month ! thanks sam
Stunning!
That's just ........ Wow!
can you make a video to mill out locomotive parts for a livesteam project? That will be awesome and very educational to live steam enthusiast
Cool project. Nice results. Is there any issue with oil leaking where the glass and brass meet?
No, the glass is sealed to the bottom brass part with epoxy resin.
myfordboy ah, thanks, guess I missed that part.
Excellent job. Thank-you :-)

Awesome work!
Very nice job, well done.

Another great video
Hello,
Superb realization. Are you using bronze or brass? And what flow to braze? Thank you
Brass construction. Easyflow 2 silver solder.
Very nice work!
When you took out the Tipp-Ex at first I thought you were a nut. I didn't know it could withstand a bunsen burner.
Very impressive.
Very nice, as always bro.

The recommended oil for Myfords is very thin, Nuto H32 it is an hydraulic oil.
Great job!!! Wow.
simply great!!!
This is a peace of ART, how can get the free plans so I can make it. I don't want to post my email address in public.
I need an email to semd it. Send me a PM or find my address here myfordboy.blogspot.co.uk/
Beautiful
saygılar usta ellerine saglik
amazing work !
beautiful
thanks
Beautiful work. I have a set of square and hex collet blocks, but I use them in my vise. Is there a particular reason you use the jig shown in the video rather than a vise?
There was not enough room between table and spindle to use the vise.
lovely.
Does the switch on the cap also create a vacuum so the oil drips slower?
You can turn off the oil flow with the lever on top when the engine is not running.
Just saw a china based ebay selling these for £11 each. The chinese must be watching your videos.
What is the make of your mill? Great videos, cheers.
+Andy Taylor It's a Raglan. I have a video about it ...ua-cam.com/video/jnSlJeYgY2w/v-deo.html
