I like these videos. You are 100% right when you workout you feel so much better basically you feel much better when you actually go workout. I lost 70 lbs and it made me feel so much better. I was so sad before I lost weight. I joined the 5 am club and felt better waking up right in the morning and working out right away it sets me up for the whole day. My condo is now essentially covered in dumbbells, weight plates, workout bike and step box due to covid but that is okay b/c it helps me stay in shape while the gyms are closed.
