I am a shameless fan of these guys! My idea of a great day out: in the NS Builder workshop watching these wonderful craftsmen doing their thing! I’ll bring the cookies (homemade of course).

Check out shoulder bolts for applications like this. You ideally don’t want to have threads in shear because they are undersized and will wear quicker. Cool project with some interesting techniques

Incredible amount of work with a great result. As a former owner of a commercial woodwork shop I gotta ask if you made any money on that job. I hope you did but I know how hard it is to estimate the amount of labor in a job like that if you've never done it before.

We can cover that in a Q&A. For sure a 1 of a kind job.

Totally understand the "let me finish it" mentality. It's got his name on it, and now he can say with pride, I built that.

I thought I heard you say in a previous video that all the holes would line up on the fronts and backs but they don't. Did I hear wrong or is that a design change/element?

I notice you don't glue the dominos and you pull off Lamello connectors and wondering if MDF breaks when you do this?

I assume you have a digital model / drawing of the door panels to drive your CNC router... Why not export a list of circle circumferences instead of measuring anything?

Who makes the dust separator on top of the festool? And is it available for other manufacturers? I like that it sits on top

Could not disagree more with the comment that this project kills the morale of your cabinet makers. That's the mentality that keeps you mediocre. Do not change what you are doing.
