Whether you're a painter, sculptor, photographer, or any other creative, this is a space to discuss the joys and struggles of pursuing art later in life. Great idea. It's important to show younger artists that the journey lasts a lifetime, and this will give community to the 40+ artists. I'm 39, started in traditional, changed to digital for work, and am returning to traditional media for personal work. Never a dull moment! Being an artist is a life of reinvention.

I JUST started on UA-cam and I just posted about starting painting at 50! I'm 54 and I totally believe we have stories to share. I'm so glad I found you! 🥰Your story is so great! I love that you started with comics and cartoons (my first job as a designer was designing the packaging for Ninja Turtle Toys - I love that world!)
