Great video! Anthrax is sooo underrated among the Big 4. You even have kids these days trying to say Anthrax doesn't deserve to be in the Big 4! I would have placed Fistful of Metal at #3, personally, but I agree with your #1 and #2 placings. Cheers!
Good ranking. I also agree STD is the best. No sign of the new album yet!....Loved 'For All Kings', great songs and top production. Joey's the best vocalist in thrash in my opinion.
'State of Euphoria' is a totally underrated album, and I agree that 'Out of Sight, Out of Mind' is one of the best songs on the album (along with 'Be All, End All' and 'Now It's Dark'). Also, 'For All Kings' is such a brilliant powerhouse album, with 'All of Them Theives' being the best track for me. I'll have to listen to 'Sound of White Noise' again, based on your recommendation! 'Black Lodge' has always been my favorite track on that...brilliant! Great video!
Totally agree with your ranking Mr boulder, Anthrax deserve their place in the big 4, exodus overkill and testament haven't made songs as good as what's on those top 2 anthrax albums.
Enjoyed that James, can't argue with your #1 either! Refreshing to see someone rate a JB album so high, most people have never given them the time of day and rank them low by default, but they did put out some great songs in that period.

I named my son Ian in part after Scott Ian and Ian Anderson , I know you like the Jackson RR White V here’s a tid bit you may or may not be aware of , Jackson made 60 replicas of the RR “Concorde” identical specs even with the black tape on the back of the guitar body as Sharon Osbourne didn’t want the white to show when Randy was coming on stage live and he would flip the guitar backwards and hold his arm up to cover the back of the neck and then the band would start the show with Over the Mountain after the intro this was during the Diary of a Madman Tour, Scott Ian purchased the first of the 60 guitars for $12,619,56 which is RR date of birth 12/6/1956 , cheers from USA Mr Boulder !

Thanks for watching. Yes I definitely think they deserve their spot in the big 4, they have delivered some absolutely classic Thrash albums over the years so they are definitely deserving of their place
Persistence of Time is great, listens to it constantly back in 1992. Sound of White Noise is fantastic and came at a difficult time for the band. Cheers for watching and commenting 👌
Great video. Completely agree with pretty much your entire ranking. I always felt Spreading the Disease was better than Among The Living but I always see Among The Living getting better scores and ranked higher.
That's cool. I like Motley Crue. I'm not a huge glam metal fan because I find a lot of it too poppy but I like the heavier stuff and Motley Crue has some heavy songs, especially on their first few albums.
Great ranking James. I haven't listened to a lot of Anthrax still, but I had a feeling Among the living and spreading the disease would be at the top, as a lot of people say they're the best 2. For all kings I have listened to and I think it's great. They're due another one for sure, been 5 years now. Maybe next year 😊😀🤘🤘
The new reissue of Sound of White Noise sounds great!! It’s a German Nuclear Blast release so you should be able to find it pretty easy. I’m in the States so postage was expensive lol way better than the white vinyl reissue from 2 yrs ago. The only thing better about the US reissue was the bonus tracks. On the new version we just get a bonus version if Black Lodge which I’ve had for years. Also the new German Nuclear Blast reissue of Stomp sounds amazing as well. They were both just released a week ago. Both sound 100X better than the US reissues from 2 yrs ago lol
I didn't bother with those reissues a couple of years back as I had nothing but bad things about them. The brand new Nuclear Blast reissue's arrived this week, and I'll be showing them in my next collection update video. Cheers for watching fella 👍

Hi, thanks for watching and leaving a comment. I have been back to the album since making this video and I enjoy it more now than I did at the time. Cheers
Persistence of Time is my #1. Dark and riffy as hell, no filler. Relentless. I guess Among the Living would be #2. I don't get why most people bag on Volume 8. That album has quite a few serious bangers. And, I think overall, John Bush has a better voice than Joey Belladona. I'm glad they got that rap shit out of their system. That was horrible and tainted their discography, which is mostly pretty damn good.
I like State of Euphoria. It just seems like it hasn't aged well. I liked the more light hearted, less serious approach to it. I think the backlash affected them however because they came back with a darker toned album with Persistence. Worship Music is good but nothing like their 80's classics. I never really listened to Stomp 442, and the next two after that, except for the singles, but I hear those albums are really bad. It seems of the big 4, the lowest point of any of the bands was Anthrax in the mid to late 90's. They were definitely struggling. I like your enthusiasm and almost every album is "briliant". LOL. Cheers!
State of Euphoria is an album that gets overlooked but I think it's a solid album. I actually really enjoy all the John Bush era albums now, I gave them more time and reaped the rewards. Cheers
